I highly recommend The Water Heater Guy- Tim. He’s knowledgeable and professional. My water heater which was only installed a year ago was leaking. I got Tim’s number from the water heater manufacturer since he was listed as an authorized service technician. I told him that I had to go to work in the early afternoon and that I needed to fix the leak asap. He was able to detect the leak and replaced the connector that was damaged. He also discovered that there was a lot of water that leaked to the bottom of the water heater and it caused the garage to vibrate when he restarted the pilot light. I’m glad he was able to fix everything in a timely manner and I’m so thankful that he was available at such a short notice of time.

The Water Heater Guy saved the day for an apartment complex here in Long Beach, CA. Tim went though every step imaginable to trace a non-ignition problem down to a faulty controller on a commercial Rheem water heater. Tim treated the problem as his own and didn't resort to the whole "you'll need to replace the entire unit" solution as many others in his field would absolutely do. Our old water heater went out and he came over quickly and told us about our replacement options in terms anyone could understands we decided to go tankless and it was the best decision we ever made. Water heats up fast and pressure is amazing. Love my shower now

I called on a Saturday and even though the site said closed, Tim responded within 5 minutes. He ended up coming over within 15 minutes to do an inspection. By Monday, Tim had my water heater replaced. He was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. Would recommend his service to anyone.

We’re very happy we chose The Water Heater Guy. After unexpected electrical issues, we needed a quick water heater replacement, and Tim made the entire process seamless. He was flexible with scheduling and was ready to come out as soon as our electrical work was completed. He also proactively advised us to have the electrician install a dedicated outlet for the water heater, which helped avoid any delays. Within an hour of the electrical fix, Tim arrived to assess the and place the order for our new water heater. By mid-morning the next day, our water heater was installed. Tim was incredibly considerate throughout the process—he communicated clearly about noise and water shut-offs to minimize disruption for our small children.
