I contacted The Walsall Box Company about making some belly bands for my boxes and they have bent over backwards to accommodate my many differing requirements. I have received the finished items today and not only are they superb but they have also been completed early. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and his customer service was faultless. Highly recommend.

I made an order more than two weeks ago. Never received anything, it is very difficult to contact them as they don't pick up the phone and suggest to contact them by email. I am moving by the end of the week and I still don't get the boxes. Very unprofessional company.
