The Village at Spruce Hill

I have really enjoyed living in this neighborhood! The homes and all lighting, plumbing, and appliances are brand new - with a garage as well! You would have to be the luckiest person alive to find a home like this at the same price point in Summit.. not sure they even exist. The location is nice as well, being only 30 minutes from Breckenrdige (Hoosier Pass is not that bad, as long as you know what you're doing and drive safely!) And the drive down 285 to Denver is a walk in the park compared to taking i70 during the winter. The developer and realtor who represents the neighborhood have both been extremely helpful, before and after I purchased my home! They are very responsive and are always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions/concerns that might come up.
