The worst experience anyone could go through at a veterinary clinic. The clinic was completely unhygienic, with no commitment to even the most basic cleanliness standards, and the smell was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the place also seemed poorly equipped for proper diagnosis, and the overall handling of the situation was extremely weak. There was no clear explanation of the condition, and nothing that made me feel understood or reassured. The conversation felt random and not based on any real diagnosis, which made me feel like the doctors were experimenting rather than actually treating the animal. Honestly, the place felt like it wasn’t interested in providing real veterinary care. It was a waste of my time and money, and a very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their pet there.

my cat came in because she wasent able to eat alone, we went to the clinic and explained to the drs there her condition. there were 2 doctors one for the day and one for the night.the day dr was not focused and not paying attention and said COMPLETELY different things than the night dr, they were very unhygienic, they took some blood tests and still gave her the wrong diagnosis they said she has blood parasites but she has kidney failure therefore the gave her ivs and glucose everyday and night and told her not to feed us at all and all this led to her kidney failing even more, this made her not able to move or walk or have any energy and now shes barely breathing and all the other vets are saying there is nothing to do. she’s in a better place now.

The worst experience anyone could go through.The clinic isn’t clean at all. There’s no attention to the most basic hygiene standards, and the vets don’t seem to know what they’re doing. No clear diagnosis, no explanations, no professionalism everything felt random and unreliable. I lost my pet, and she most likely caught a virus from that disgusting place . Dr. Hassan made a wrong diagnosis in the first place .which actually caused my pet’s condition to worsen. . They even put syringes randomly in a drawer without sealing them, showing complete negligence and disregard for hygiene and safety. Dr. Omar seems completely lost, confused, and totally unaware of what he’s doing. He shows no real understanding or attentiveness. I absolutely warn everyone to stay far away from this clinic. It’s a complete disaster and a danger to your pet’s health.

I honestly don't know where my family and I would be without the team at the vet, the Compassionate Care Animal Hospital. My dog, bondo2 , spent two incredibly difficult days under their care, and they didn't just treat him—they saved his life. The entire experience was terrifying, but from the moment we walked through the door, the staff treated bondo2 with an urgency and level of focused expertise that was deeply reassuring. Dr. Hassan was phenomenal. She quickly diagnosed his serious condition, explained the treatment plan clearly and compassionately, and, most importantly, never made me feel rushed or foolish for my anxiety. During his two-day stay, the communication was what truly set them apart. The nurses called me twice a day with detailed updates, allowing me to focus on getting through the hours without worrying about what I was missing. They understood that he’s not just a pet, but a family member. Bondo2 is now home and, while he's a little tired and maybe a bit grumpy (which is expected after a stressful stay!), he is stable, recovering, and back to his silly self. If you are looking for a veterinary team that combines top-tier medical expertise with genuine, compassionate care, please look no further. When it matters most, you want professionals who treat your pet like their own. I wholeheartedly recommend The Vet they gave us our best friend back. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts

Very unprofessional. I went to this clinic to have the vet give my dog antibiotic injections prescribed by doctors in the Military Veterinary Hospital, (i brought everything with me and was still charged more than normal btw but that’s another point). The doctor wanted to do a surgery just there on the spot, no hygiene whatsoever, I suggested that we wait to finish the antibiotics 5-day course just like the doctor at the hospital told us, before we do the surgery (Literally 2 days were left to finish the course).The doctor got offended for some reason and basically kicked us out, he told one of the staff to never let us in the clinic again if my dog needed injections. So much for prioritising animals’ health. Also a doctor there applied ointments to my pet without wearing gloves because he didn’t know the difference between blood and betadine. Edit: I went to the military hospital one more time after i visited this clinic and they said that the right thing to do is wait those 2 days because that thing my dog has is still hard and removing the blood like that would likely cause more problems. If you really prioritise pets’ health you won’t deny sick pets to enter your clinic and be this unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Also if the issue here was really that you prioritise pets’ health you could’ve said it in a better way not basically kicking the customers out of the clinic. Anyways I’m not just sticking to reviews on social media i’m telling everyone I know that this clinic will kick you out the second you disagree with the doctors even though you’re following a hospital’s protocol.

This clinic is one of the best clinics in my city in terms of service and price, and the treatment of the doctors there, and their fear for the animal that stays inside the place and they literally leave it, I don't need anything, and enough of their good treatment with me from the first time I enter the place until I go out, and I would like to thank Dr. Omar for his treatment with my pet and tell me that really not anyone knows how to deal with your pet in the clinic, this is your pet, always safe, and thank you to Dr. Hassan, Dr. Omar and all those in the place for their kindness and wisdom in dealing with animals and customers, thank you for your effort❤️

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Omar Abdulaziz is extremely professional and trustworthy, and the level of care is excellent. Definitely recommended

Dr Hassan was very unprofessional, he wanted to do a procedure that we were advised not to do, and when we tried to explain that we wanted to wait the certain period of time, we were technically kicked out!!! Will never recommend this clinic to any pet owner.

My experience with The Vet was truly outstanding! I have a 50-day-old mini Havanese puppy, and it's my first time raising a dog. One night, she suddenly started vomiting, refused to eat, and was sleeping all day—I was really worried. I contacted The Vet at 2 AM, and Dr. Abdelrahman came immediately from his home to the clinic just to check on her. He was incredibly calm, reassuring, and professional. He stayed in touch, guiding me step by step with her feeding, bathroom needs, medication, and overall health until she started getting better. I'm beyond grateful for the care, attention, and compassion he showed. Dr. Abdelrahman’s dedication made me feel truly supported. I highly recommend The Vet to anyone looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about animals and their well-being.
