So I took two pieces of jewelry to be repaired and Gary did one on the spot. Customer service like that keeps me returning and recommending him whenever someone asks for a jewelry store. Thank you you're the best!

I brought myself a watch , that was unfortunately to big for me. I call around local businesses to see how much they will charge to take off links for me. So my watch can fit perfect around my waist, a lot of businesses Are charging 20-30 bucks a link . Lucky I call the vault jewelers and said they do it for 10 a link. I head down there and was greet by the owner I assumed who welcomed me in. He took a look at my watch and knew exactly how many links need to be taken off. After couples minutes he comes back with a perfectly fitted watch around my wrist . Before I can even take out my credit card to pay , he shakes mine hand and said it’s on the house. I hardly write reviews , but I must say this place is about customer service . They just want to see their customers happy. Also this was my first time visiting this place and it won’t be my last.

I went to get batteries for my two watches. I had already done business with them before and knew they were trustworthy. I was also concerned because the last time I replaced the batteries myself they died in less than a year. I spoke with Gary about my concerns he informed me that the life of the battery depends on the watch. When the batteries where replaced and Gary came out to give me my watches he refused to take my money. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me it meant the difference between good and amazing customer service. Gary blessed me with his generosity and made my whole week. He was kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them. 14/10

I highly recommend this jeweler. Great customer service, attention to detail, and a fine taste in diamonds. Probably the most beautiful diamonds I've seen. My experience was exceptional. I went in on a Wednesday and told them I wanted to propose that weekend. I was looking for a specific ring that needed to be customized. They were very fast with helping me design the ring and rush-ordered the diamond and setting to arrive the next day. Thursday, I went in to look at the pieces and loved them. Friday, they finished the ring, and I picked up a gorgeous piece of work. Their customer service has extended beyond my purchase, and I couldn't be happier.

Gary was so helpful with us as we choose a wedding ring. He is so patient, listens to what we wanted & found us exactly what we were looking for. I also brought my gold bracelet that needs a new clasp, he is repairing it & ordered the gold charm for it I've been looking for His prices were very fair. He will be our jeweler from now on. This hidden valley gem is one of the best local businesses in town. They can take care of all of your jewelry needs. I had an old Wal-Mart watch that I love and can no longer just quickly replace. I brought it in and was lucky enough to have the owner help me. He is an amazing gentleman with impeccable customer service. One of the best business experiences I encountered in the Central Valley in a long time. The owner is a honest Christian man who will go out of his way to make sure you walk out of the door satisfied. Due to an honest mistake during a repair of our ring, we ended up walking out of the door with an even better diamond free of charge. Now that is customer service!
