From calling and scheduling, to having the techs come out has been super easy! These guys get to work. They don’t waste time and are very informative as they are working. Feels good to know that I have a reliable plumber.

I had a very good experience with this company. Daniel, the technician, was pleasant to work with and did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing a few issues rather quickly, including replacing the carburetor to the generator, the breaker to the generator, servicing the air conditioner, replacing a thermostat, serviced the refrigerator, water heater and checking house battery. Pricing was upfront and fair and it was an overall great experience. This is my go to mobil rv repair shop going forward.

The Valley’s Mobile RV Service is a great company. I would recommend them to everyone. Daniel the technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. They even provided helpful hints to ensure we are safe on the road. The technician did such a great job on our trailers brakes, we hired him again to work on our propane. We will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone with a trailer. Very satisfied customer!

I was very happy with this company. I had called 4 or 5 other moblie rv tech companies that kept being referred to me with no luck on getting someone out same day to look at my AC that was having a popping sound coming from it. I was worried it was an electrical problem and feared a fire if I kept using the ac. I googled companies and this one popped up. Representative was very understanding and contacted a tech to see if they would be willing to take my emergency call. (I own a moblie grooming business and didn't want to risk my clients pets safety tomorrow.) My tech Daniel was amazing. He first called me and found out he was given the wrong address and was 10mins from my house still. So he would have arrived in the 2 hour window I was given. He went right to work on my ac. What we first thought was a simple circuit breaker flipped. Which caused a good chuckle. But he went steps farther. He looked at the wires and found the wires weren't put in the correct spot do to the length of wire. And this causing a wire to rub and be cut and it was grounding out causing the breaker to pop. After replacing wires and drilling a new hole to move the wires to a more protected area. He climbed on top of my rig to insure no more damage was done. I was very happy with him. Daniel was professional and well educated. I also was very happy to find out this company also services the generator I use and also does a peel and seal which I was needing to start looking for. I highly recommend this company for a all in one company. One stop shop. Prices were very reasonable considering it was an emergency call and Daniel stayed after hours to get me on my wheels. Daniel will be my go to tech with this company.

I have had this company out several times for different things. They have been very nice, punctual and accommodating. Gone basically out of their way to complete our requested jobs so they will be done before I need to use the trailer again. Helped with new generator, replaced faucet in bathroom, new valves for the dumping and an automatic awning. Happy with all the work they have completed. Awesome customer service. I called for a Schwintec slide that was not working. I had an appointment in less than 24 hrs. Jesus and Jonathan arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. “We were close by and didn’t want you to wait”. They went out of the way to keep from making a mess or disrupting our trailer. After hearing how the slide had behaved, they quickly diagnosed the problem and initiated a repair plan. In less than 20 minutes they had the problem solved. Jesus and Jonathan are a 911 response team of RV repair. If I ever need mobile service in the Goodyear/Phoenix area again a call to The Valley’s Mobile RV Service is the only call I will make.

Valley Mobile RV Service has performed warranty work on my RV more than once. I have to say Jesus has been amazing and very responsive. I always know what’s going on, and he is quick to return phone calls and text messages. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have enjoyed working with him and his team. All of the repairs he and his team have completed are quality work and they are very professional. I would recommend Jesus and his business for any mobile RV repairs. Thank you Jesus!

Outstanding mobile service! These guys are very professional and knowledgeable- they fixed my motorized RV steps (which a couple other mobile repair places said they didn’t want to do because it was not an easy job) and replaced a slide out gasket with great expertise - and their prices were very reasonable compared to other mobile services I have used. They always called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on schedule, and they kept me up to date on everything during the repairs. This is actually the best mobile service I have ever used - they have my highest recommendation!

The folks at Valley were wonderful. They were willing to meet me at a truck stop to have repairs made. The work that wasn't covered by warranty was done well at a very reasonable cost. Daniella, in the office, was fantastic regarding letting Jesus know when I had arrived and also got back to me quickly when I had quetions.
