Outstanding professional service by Jesus and Jonathan. The slide out on our Lance trailer needed new bolts and reinforcing to remedy a design flaw. They answered when called and showed up when they said they would and did the repairs and replaced our batteries. I strongly recommend Valley RV Mobile Repair Service.

These guys are absolutely the best. We were leaving the next day for a long trip when we learned the awning wasn't working. When called, they arrived within 45 minutes. The awning was misaligned and stuck and was fixed in 5 minutes. To demonstrate their integrity, there was no charge. I've had other work done and always found them to show quality repair at an honest price. Highly recommended 👌

These guys were amazing. Wish I could take them back to KS for all my RV needs. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was traveling to TX doing a delivery. They squeezed me in between two appointments, fix the rv and got me on the road in 10 minutes! I had messed with the electrical for hours try to get it going. Two thumbs up guys 👍👍.

Fantastic service by Jesus and team. I needed a generator issue diagnosed and some cosmetic repairs done. Jesus and his co-worker were able to address both issues for me and gave me tips on troubleshooting generator issues in the future. Owning an RV comes with its surprises, so I'm sure I'll need RV service again in the future. I will certainly call the Valley's Mobile RV service again, when needed.

From the start, the receptionist was very professional and courteous whereas other mobile RV companies didn't answer their phones and/or call back. This company confirmed by text the day prior which was excellent customer service. The mobile technician, Jesus, called ahead of time and let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He explained to me in detail what the problem was, ordered the replacement part and installed efficiently. Jesus was very knowledgeable about the RV and helpful. I will DEFINITELY use this company and Jesus again as it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.

Absolutely amazing! Let me tell you what Jesus came out with the upmost respect and professionalism that I have witnessed. Just a stellar job over all. Was quick, informative and just held a smile that was continuous. Ran me through just home owner maintenance to help and left everything spotless! Really recommend valley mobile. Came out today July 4th a holiday as the same rate as tomorrow and the next day(trust me I asked). These guys are amazing. Fast scheduling, honest and fair pricing, and quick to get the work done. I have used them for plumbing, and brakes. Both times have been amazing. Really go the extra mile to get things done. Always respectful and honest about what’s needed. Never tried to up-sell me. Will recommend to all my fellow RV’ers and continue to use for anything I need.

So happy we called for service. Jesus and associate arrived on time, kept us in the loop for original issue (plumbing), took on additional work previously not scheduled (bed frame re-enforcement) and immediately got to work! The back heat pump on our 2021 28ss quit working during trip to winter stay in Phoenix. These guys made the replacement painless. Appointment available in one week, showed up on time, well outfitted truck, three professional, polite techs. <15 minutes to confirm it was dead. They submitted the warranty claim to Airexcel. Claimed one-two weeks to get replacement. Unit showed up in three weeks. Correct unit, with heat pump and RVC control. We had a trip scheduled to Anza-Barraga, so they adjusted sched to install before we left. 45 minutes to replace. They did things to show they were professional, like placing a blanket under the ladder where it contacts the roof. Total charge to me was $95 service call fee. Well worth not having to leave the rig for weeks at a dealer, and being present for all the work. We did a local trip between diagnosis and replacement, which wouldn't happen with the rig being stuck with a dealer.
