I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it!! My unit was clean and in perfect condition upon arrival! Brittany, the property manager is the best around! She puts her tenants first and will help you in any way she can! The gym has top of the line equipment! But my favorite part about living here was the parking lot parties that the staff threw for the tenants! We all grilled out, played cornhole and got to know other tenants! 100% recommend living at the urban loft!

Love it here at Urban Loft Co.! Everything you need is within walking distance — from my favorite restaurant, Colton’s, to nearby gas stations and shops. The gym is definitely my favorite part — it’s always spotless and smells amazing. The management and maintenance teams are also top-notch, always friendly and quick to respond to anything that comes up. Highly recommend living here!

Units are beautiful with multiple size/pricing options, property manager is very helpful and kind, maintenance is fast and always ready to help, and the neighbors are very friendly! Urban loft co does a great job at hosting events to get us all together and making new friends, plus their social media is hilarious! If you’re looking for something more than just an apartment, you’ve found it here :)

I moved here recently and I am very impressed! The apartment complex is kept clean, has a private parking lot, and even a gym, which is such a nice place to have easy access to when you live in an apartment. Management is nice and is quick to respond! I would totally recommend Urban Loft Co!

Urban Loft Apartments are clean, modern, and well-kept. The management is super nice and always responsive. The gym is one of the best features, and the location can’t be beat—everything from Starbucks to restaurants is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

To start, The Urban Loft is one of the nicest places I have ever resided. The management and staff are absolutely wonderful. The building is well maintained and kept very clean. Moving in was fast and easy. What's more, all utilities are included in the rent price which is absolutely fantastic. The parking lot is clean and for 30 dollars extra, you can park in the private parking area. I would highly recommend Urban Loft of Russellville to any person, or persons, looking for an updated, modern, convenient, quiet, clean, and luxurious place to live.

Really quiet and close to everything! I had to stay here for an extended time for work. I enjoyed being within minutes of places to eat and being close to the interstate. Brittany, the property manager, was great with response time and making sure I felt at home. Jaden in maintenance was funny and even gave me a free hat from his new clothing brand he was starting. Great people that actually care about you.

Recently moved in to Urban loft last weekend, great staff, maintenance, nice neighbours. Comes furnished which is great for someone who is getting an apartment for the first time, it’s spacious. Super close to campus which is great if you don’t have a car.

Just moved into my new apartment and everything was clean when I arrived. It came with basic furniture, which made settling in much easier. Everyone in the complex has been really friendly so far, and I especially love that all utilities are already included in the rent. Definitely a smooth and stress-free move!
