I was provided a fair on-site assessment of the work needed in advance, and then it was completed just as promised - and at a very good price for the skilled work they are doing! The quote provided was reasonable for several large dead cedar tree removal and they scheduled the appointment promptly. The crew was efficient and left the area quite tidy considering the wet and rainy conditions we had experienced. I highly recommend the Urban Arborist!

Excellent experience with the whole team at Urban Arborist. They could not have been better, from Tara in the office, to Jason, who came out to quote, to the efficient, friendly and proficient three person team who did the work. We had huge, very overgrown Manitoba Maples. Urban Arborist pruned them well back. The price was reasonable, the work completed on time, everything was cleaned up beautifully. Very highly recommended to anyone who needs tree work. These guys are the best.

The crew arrived on time and began work promptly. Great care was taken to ensure minimal disruption to adjacent gardens and all debris was removed. I'm most pleased with the amazing transformation of our very overgrown bushes to ones that finally had shape and form. The pair of "Bushwhackers", as I jokingly called them, were very pleasant, enduring my dreadful jokes, and were most professional in all aspects of the work being done. The final results exceeded my expectations and I'm ever so glad to have had this work done. I would most definitely recommend The Urban Arborist to anyone in need of this type of work.
