I had a great experience with The Urban Arborist earlier this year. I was provided a fair on-site assessment of the work needed in advance, and then it was completed just as promised - and at a very good price for the skilled work they are doing! I will definitely be using The Urban Arborist again the next time I need my tree trimmed.

The quote provided was reasonable for several large dead cedar tree removal and they scheduled the appointment promptly. The crew was efficient and left the area quite tidy considering the wet and rainy conditions we had experienced. I highly recommend the Urban Arborist!

I am truly grateful for the work completed by the crew from The Urban Aborist! Right from the start professionalism and care was provided. From Jason doing the initial consult, to Tara in the office and the crew that showed up, the care, kindness and excellent work completed went above my expectations! I must share that my husband passed away four months ago, and it is so important for me to continue his legacy and care for our home. Jason and Tara were excellent and compassionate when speaking with me, and understanding why this job was so important to me and I thank them for that! The crew showed up on time, did a great job. They cleaned up amazingly well, were organized and friendly, polite and respectful. They also provided me with some education regarding hydro lines, and the ravine area in my backyard. I now have next step phone calls to make to ensure the safety of my home in regards to the surrounding ravine and hydro lines. I highly recommend and again thank the Utban Arborist for helping me to achieve mine and my husbands goals!

The crew arrived on time and began work promptly. Great care was taken to ensure minimal disruption to adjacent gardens and all debris was removed. I'm most pleased with the amazing transformation of our very overgrown bushes to ones that finally had shape and form. The pair of "Bushwhackers", as I jokingly called them, were very pleasant, enduring my dreadful jokes, and were most professional in all aspects of the work being done. The final results exceeded my expectations and I'm ever so glad to have had this work done. I would most definitely recommend The Urban Arborist to anyone in need of this type of work. Hired the Urban Arborist to trim our very large and overgrown tree in our backyard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise. The initial consultation meeting was very informative. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my yard cleaner than they found it. It was spotless. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and the thoroughness of their work. They were also very respectful of our property, our time and our neighbours, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend the Urban Arborist. Their dedication and excellent customer service truly set them apart. And their services are fairly priced.

Time is money. This company said they would arrive between 7:30am-8:30am. Our family organized our day to accommodate the tree service people. They sent the wrong crew, they sent the crew that grinds the stumps once things have been cut. We received no phone call on the mix up, no phone call as to the delay as it was now 9:05 am and nobody has called and no crew has arrived. Once a receptionist finally called us she mentioned that someone called in sick and that they would need to reschedule. No thank you, no way. Very unprofessional experience and it’s unfortunate because we were looking forward to getting the job done.

We used The Urban Arborist for the first time today in trimming all the overgrown trees in our front yard, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Jason has an amazing crew of arborists who are truly passionate about their work. Not only were Tyya and Vee knowledgeable, efficient, and amazingly tidy, but also a real great pleasure to interact with.
