The UPS Store

I visited The UPS Store last week because I needed to take a photo and make copies of some documents. I had a very good experience. The store is clean, organized, and they offer many useful services, including shipping to many places. Everything was quick and easy. The store manager was especially kind and friendly. We had a very nice conversation, and he made the visit even more pleasant. Great customer service like this is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location.

I purchased a mail delivery to/from Washington early this morning. Included reluctantly in that mailing was my passport required for a visa application. Later this morning I found out that I could make my application on line. I returned to this UPS store. My package was still there. They happily fetched it & returned all of the money I had paid initially. Excellent customer service & all done with a smile. Thank you very much!

The team is always friendly, super helpful, and gets things done fast! I’ve used them for printing and shipping services, everything always turns out great. Reliable, easy, and stress-free. Definitely my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Lady working there was super nice! I was waiting outside with my kid and she let me in a couple of minutes before opening. Super helpful and super friendly! I definitely recommend

Great and professional service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took my photo for a travel document and the guy was fast and knowledgeable about the photo requirements. And after few weeks I requested a digital photo and got it via email. Each cost $28. Some people say it is expensive but I am welling to pay extra $5 for fast and reliable service. I wish they can work on the ink they use on the photos because it didn't get dry. Even after few days it was still wet so I attached the receipt with my application and it was accepted. Other than that they deserve a solid 5/5.

The person at the counter is super nice and friendly. Very professional, has a great sense of humor (with the UPS currier they seemed to have a really nice relationship,) and is very helpful. The shop is clean, nice, and offers many services. I highly recommend this location!

My first time to use this UPS spot and the lady at the counter was very helpful and efficient in doing her job! She helped me fill out the form and answered every question I had. There was a line up but she never made me feel rush. I paid quite a bit for my mail but it was delivered the next day (in the US) without any issues. I will use their services again even if it’s far from my place. At least this UPS store can be trusted!

Had a very long wait. There was a long line and only one woman working there as far as I could tell and she was absolutely swamped and very obviously overwhelmed. She was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I got to the front and I'd be a lot less forgiving about her attitude if I didn't see what she had to deal with before me. The lack of staff is a real problem here and I left feeling like an inconvenience for having tried to pick my package up. Last time I give the store my business. Do better. Update: they are now attempting to cover for themselves by accusing me of something I didn't even do. This is an anonymous profile, so how on earth do you know I was the specific customer you're talking about? I showed up a few hours after I had gotten the notification that the store had my package and left with it the same day. I had been nothing but friendly when I arrived. I'm just saying, staff your store better, I'm not trying to insult anyone. Maybe just one person working might be a bit overwhelming especially when there's a Canada Post strike.

I was in Totonto for a short stay and needed to send a parcel. The UPS store staff were so friendly and helpful. The store was tidy and well organised. The store is located centrally right beside Christie underground station which was super convenient. Thanks a lot!

Amir was absolutely so efficient and so polite and helpful. I had a great experience dropping off and shipping items to the US. I'll come back to this location again.
