I visited The UPS Store last week because I needed to take a photo and make copies of some documents. I had a very good experience.
The store is clean, organized, and they offer many useful services, including shipping to many places. Everything was quick and easy.
The store manager was especially kind and friendly. We had a very nice conversation, and he made the visit even more pleasant. Great customer service like this is always appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this location.

I purchased a mail delivery to/from Washington early this morning. Included reluctantly in that mailing was my passport required for a visa application. Later this morning I found out that I could make my application on line. I returned to this UPS store. My package was still there. They happily fetched it & returned all of the money I had paid initially. Excellent customer service & all done with a smile. Thank you very much!
