Excellent customer care and professional service. The gentleman on counter helped me shipped two huge cartoons to US seamlessly. Since then I shipped 6 times from this location. What really amazed me is that , he is very courteous to every customer and treats them with smile even if you are just dropping a package which is not common in other places. I highly recommend.

Excellent and quick service for printing, parcels drop off or taking passport photo. The store is clean. The customer rep is courteous friendly.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I came into the store to ship four framed pictures. For my family, these weren't just framed pictures, they were works of art created by my late father, so while they did not have any 'value', I considered them priceless. The gentleman who served me was polite, attentive, efficient and extremely friendly. He lovingly wrapped my items. His attention to detail was fantastic. Those parcels were so well wrapped that they could have been thrown out of a moving vehicle and not have a scratch on them. He seemed to understand how important these items were to me. While wrapping, he also helped incoming customers in a timely fashion, which is rare. I found out during out conversation that he Manoj Kumar, is the manager of this store. He is the epitome of a professional. He is still young, but manages this store like he has done so all his life. I have rarely had such great customer service and, at the same time, enjoyed my time at any store, let alone a shipping store. Due to my experience, I would even go out of my way to use this particular store managed by Manoj for any of my shipping, printing or copying needs. Thank you, Manoj!

I return my brand new Iphone here at the UPS store And Manoj was the associate here to receive packages he was aware that I returned a brand new iPhone and apple called me that the box was empty and they didn’t received any iphone I recommend all guys not to send their expensive items from this store
