I have had a vibration in our 2019 F750 from the day we purchased it 6 years ago. I’ve taken it to five different mechanics over the past year to diagnose the issue, but none of them were able to solve the problem. I was referred to The Truck Shop, and was told they new what they were doing. I was not disappointed. I first spoke to their great team of receptionist, Natalie & Ashley, who got me an appointment right when I needed it. I even had to reschedule and it did not seem to be a problem at all. When I came in to drop the truck off, I met with Nate. He explained to me what they were going to do to diagnose the issue, and how long it was going to take. He introduced me to their Alignment Technician Joey, who was very thorough in the questions he asked, in an attempt to pinpoint the problem. Within 2 hours of dropping it off I heard from Joey, who let me know he had identified the problem and gave me my options to get it repaired. We settled on a plan to get it fixed by the end of the day on Monday. He let me know there was a chance it would be done before then but no guarantee. In the end they were able to get it fixed ahead of schedule. When I went to pick it up I was skeptical because I had not had good results in the past. The drive back to work, was the smoothest ride I have ever had in this truck. Big thanks to this team for getting this done for me and for the timely turnaround. I am very likely to refer your company in the future.

Had my semi truck in here yesterday for a bad universal joint , they got me right in the shop and got me fixed in a couple hours . Great communication and helpful employees. I don't understand some of these reviews about rude people here , everyone i spoke with was nice and hospitable to me . Great job i would use them again for sure . Thanks

Went to a place closer to home and they were not able to help me due to their space limitations. I needed my RV front tires aligned. The owner suggested The Truck Shop. Called and spoke with a very polite person, got a same day, while you wait appointment and could not be happier with the service I received. I’ll definitely consider this business for future service needs.

They were great! Isaac was so helpful and understanding. When someone pulled out in front of us and our car had to be towed, he made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend them!!!

This company is totally amazing! Service was an A+ ! they did an amazing job replacing parts so we could move it and then towed it all the way to gator Ford not precise but approximately 80 miles as we followed he did an excellent job, making sure our unit didn’t hit potholes ! he was straight on! Thank you Dale for putting the part on and Trevor for towing it! You guys are exceptionally nice ! service was great I will only use them in the future!! Handling our 30 foot Motorcoach as if it was there own! Wish you had 10+ stars on there because you deserve it thank you again the Jorgensen’s

My semi broke down on the Turnpike about 3:am. Trevor came out in about an hour and towed my truck to the shop with no problems. Very professional, social and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone that may need there services.

DRIVERS AVOID From this place I wanted to give 0 star,but there is no. Ver RUDE People are working there. They over charched me just to change tires and they damaged my truck.I have video record in my truck. They do not have own tires, i brought tires with me

What a true professional company. These guys towed a 40ft motor home through heavy traffic. They were very careful not to harm my coach. The situation albeit not good was made a lot better with these guys Trevor and Dale handling my rig. I recommend them to handle your heavy hauling!

Fantastic experience today. My '17 Ram overheated from a radiator leak while on the Turnpike. They towed me to their shop, diagnosed the issue, ordered and replaced the radiator and had me back on the road. Nathan (Nate) kept me posted on the costs and progress several times throughout. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional.

I had my trailer stolen in 2021. The police called me on a Tuesday(April 29, 2025)saying they recovered it. They called me and gave me the name of where it was at on a Wednesday. I call on Wednesday to The Truck Stop and they said they would call me back. No call back. I then call them Thursday and they told me it would $1000 to get it back. They do this on purpose to get you to abandon your stuff so they can apply for abandoned vehicles. What they are doing is just as criminal as the person who stole it. I said the cops told me that there was a victims reduced rate. He yelled, not raised his voice yelled at me that I was not the victim. That was my deceased father’s cargo trailer he left to me. It was sitting on my property and I never transferred it into my name because I never used it. It had sentimental value to me. It was comforting just knowing I still had it. This JD guy is nothing but pure trash. Stay away from any dealings with this business, if you can call it that. I have more respect for the thief who stole my trailer than this guy. I told the police officer who found my trailer to rethink ever using this place for towing again.
