Nicole is such a wonderful person to talk with. She's a down to earth type of person. She listened to how I was being treated by another company and was beside herself with what I was saying, and with proof of it all. Anyway, she talked with me and set up the account and days of pickup. It was a breeze to do. To my surprise, they dropped off a can that evening. They picked up ALL THE TRASH that I had from the other company. They didn't make me wait any longer which was over two weeks. I cant say enough about them. They even came same day I called to have bulk picked up! I didn't have to wait. same day service!w Who does that! CHAMPIONS DO!!! THEY ARE TOTALLY TRUE TO THEIR NAME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 100%!!!

Weekly pickups have been consistent. The bins they provided are durable and easy to maneuver. Customer service is reachable by phone, and I’ve had a decent experience resolving questions.

The Trash Champions team is amazing! I love how reliable they are with pick ups including bulk items. They make trash pick up a completely easy experience. The customer service is top notch. Everyone is always friendly, courteous and professional. We also rented a dumpster for a basement clean out. Luke and Nicole brought the dumpster the same day I called! Their pricing was also much better than the company I previously had. I highly recommend The Trash Champions!

I am so impressed with this business - money well spent. I'm used to messaging businesses and then it takes days for a reply if they even bother to reply at all. The Trash Champions got back to me within the hour with a quote for the items we needed hauled away. Excellent customer service! Their prices are great and scheduling for pick up was easy. We've lived here in the Fredericktown area for over 30 years and have had a number of different trash companies. The Trash Champions are by far, the best priced, most efficient, punctual, and friendly of any! The yearly rate, plus savings for seniors and veterans is very generous. Nicole has been a joy to work with as we've communicated with the office. When we drive around and see cans from the big guys, we think how much folks could save if they switched to Trash Champions! Easy process and great service. They returned my call and asked me to send them a few pics of the load. They responded with a texted quote and I accepted. Two days later it was loaded and gone! Awesome, hard working, local people serving Centerburg, Marengo, Mount Vernon, OH and surrounding areas. They provide an emailed invoice and accept several forms of payment. I will use them again.

This company has been a pleasure to work with! Having talked with several other companies, I was very impressed with how Trash Champions went out of their way to get us the dumpster we needed and how quickly it was here. They are very reliable and have excellent customer service. It is obvious that Management cares about follow through for customer needs. We have been contacted several times just to make sure our needs are being met. I can't reccomend this company enough!

I know this isn't where I would like this to be posted because I want everyone to see it and most likely they will not but it has to be said. As if these guys weren't the best just as they are... Their service is great, the customer service is great, the prices are unbeatable and just when you think you've got it all in one company, they up their game a bit. This morning Chad had the Jeep running to go to work and their truck was coming up our road and it stopped up the way just a bit and sat there and waited and then he left, that's when I realized what it was doing. It knew that Chad had the Jeep running to leave to go to work and he was so thoughtful that, instead of doing whatever any other truck would have done and block him in while he collected our trash, he instead, waited to allow Chad the opportunity to get into his Jeep and leave to head to work! Now you tell me what other driver, from any other company, would have talen notice that, one of their customers was about to leave for work and instead of going ahead and pulling up to do my neighbors and myself, knowing he would have Chad blocked, he waited to let Chad leave, rather than block him in! He waited a good five plus minutes easy! I do not believe that there is another driver that would have been that thoughtful and considerate!! No other! .I love these guys and you will too! If I were you, I would pick up the phone and switch now! 👍👍👍

Nicole has been absolutely amazing alone with everyone! Just today I forgot to pull my can to the curb. Nicole text me and let me know that they still grabbed my can because it was full. What other company would’ve done that? None I’m sure. I cannot brag enough on them. Thank you for the business and I hope to have a long relationship with you guys!
