I dreaded calling a plumber, but a house guest was arriving that night & the tub would not drain, so I had to just bite the bullet. I initially called The Toilet Whisperer because it was a local plumbing business I hadn’t used before, they had excellent reviews, & the company name made me wonder if maybe the people behind this company had a bit more sensitivity to customers’ situations. — I am so pleased that I called them because Elijah is a really great guy! He added me to his workload at the end of the day, found the source of the problem immediately, fixed it & didn’t turn it into something bigger than it actually was. He is a very friendly, personable man, he charged a very reasonable price, then went on his way. — I will definitely be calling again when the need arises and I highly recommend The Toilet Whisperer to anyone with plumbing issues!

I much appreciate their common-sense, old-school, honest approach to fixing things and their suggestions of which replacement brand allows customer to repair small issues without needing to call a plumber!!! The Toilet Whisperer repaired a broken toilet flange and installed a new toilet. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. They were very polite which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs.

My Mom has called them several times now and I honestly can say they are honest and try to save her money whenever they can. She was ready to install a new sink and they were able to do a minor fix that got it running great again and didn't even charge her! Professional, respectful and I think they treated my Mom just like she was their own Mom - with her best interest versus their best interest at heart. Rare these days.

I had a plumbing emergency at a rental property late at night. I was concerned for my tenant's inconvenience and wary of getting taken advantage of in this desperate situation. My handyman was going to charge me time and a half at this late hour and couldn't give a solid estimate of how long it might take to resolve. So I called a few plumbers. They were closed. Then I found the Toilet Whisperer. Elijah made me feel at ease that they could get there promptly, that they were professional, and that they would contain the costs. His technician, Jon, came through, as promised, keeping me updated throughout the night and finishing the job on budget. We called The Toilet Whisperer for a leak under the toilet. Elijah came and reviewed the situation … provided an estimate … and then made the necessary repair. We were very pleased with Elijah and the job he did. He enthusiastically accommodated our hygiene and other requests; he tackled the job professionally and efficiently; and he was very pleasant to interact with.
