The Tire Place

Well, I usually go to this store because they are friendly, but the last time I went was on a Saturday and I was really dissatisfied with the service. The car's dashboard said that the right tire had a flat, but until then everything was fine and resolved. That same day, the dashboard showed that one of the tire sensors had a problem. I took the opportunity to ask them to check and replace it. I paid $100 for the flat and the sensor! But then came the problem. They replaced the sensor, and I noticed that even after that, it was still showing on the dashboard. They put a machine in it, reset it, and it went off. I left on my way home and heard a noise like something had burst. I got out of the car with my husband and we checked, but we didn't see anything. After some time, a light came on the dashboard and started showing various things written on it. I went online to find out what it meant when it appeared and what it had to do with the tires and the car's ignition. I went back to the store on Monday and showed them what was on. They spent a while checking it out, I don't know. They asked me to wait in a room. However, they later told me that nothing had appeared, that they had driven the car and everything was fine. I went back there again today and showed them the light was on again. I stayed there for about 40 minutes and they didn't pay me any attention. They started looking at the car and put the machine back on the tire sensors, and it seemed to me that none of them were working. They asked me again if I had changed them. I said yes, at least one of them. But then someone called the guy who was checking my car, after which they didn't come back to my car. And I still want to say that the lights are another problem and not the fact that they changed the sensor. It happened that as soon as we left there, the lights came on. But as always they want to play on the client so they have to pay for the damage.

I went to the website to get tires for my 2016 Maxima. I was able to select the tires, confirm a date and also received an email. I went to the old bridge location to see if they can get the tires installed earlier. They stated they could not get those tires period and offered to install different tires of lower quality at an increased price. That’s called bait and switch. There is no corporate number to call in situations like this. The man i spoke to there was professional. There was nothing he could do. I would stay away from this place because if there is a problem, you are on your own. Even if those tires magically appeared, I would not take the car there. Something tells me it’s the tip of the iceberg with this place.

I searched for tire shops near me in Monroe Township, New Jersey and The Tire Place came up first!!! Very happy with the service I received. Professional staff, super knowledgeable!! Ended up getting my brakes done as well! This is a one stop shop! The best tire shop in Monroe Township New Jersey!

Great local place, they did a mountain balance and alignment on my wife’s manual 2010 x3 for a very reasonable price. Took me in same day and had me out on the road in a couple of hours. I will note that they did not give me an alignment sheet so I imagine that it was a simple toe n go but I honestly can’t complain. Incredibly friendly staff and I will absolutely be coming back for my basic and regular tire maintenance!

Asked for an oil change and tire rotation at 5 pm last Friday. Left my car and returned 40 minutes later. When they pulled my car out of the mechanics bay, I could hear a horrible sound. Driver front wheel was essentially coming off my car. The lugs were barely finger tight. They apologized profusely and I left my car overnight to pick up Saturday morning. They replaced my wheel studs and I stalled a lug nut that didn't match my car and wasn't the right size. Also, the lugs were not torqued properly and I was able to tighten them much more. On top of everything else, the technician overfilled my oil way past engine operation level. Tire place has completely incompetent and unsafe workers!!

Great Service at reasonable prices. Many used and almost all new sizes in stock. I must mention that wait time is less than at typical shops. I assume, because of the big proffesional team of over 10 mechanics and plenty of lifts. Wheel alighment is done in less than an hour and showroom/waiting room has AC, TV and plenty of comfy couches and seating. Bathrooms are very clean, front desk is as attentive as it can be. Overall great experience!!! But most important, great prices!!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Arrived on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened with no appointment 30 minutes later I was pulling out with four brand new tires! Friendly staff excellent prices if you need tires I highly recommend the tire place.

Had my first flat tire, but was able to come here and get a new one super quick. Reasonable prices too! I then came back to get the other three done, and the lady at the front was so kind and helped me find the correct rear tires and even followed up to let me know they arrived. Alignment was also done efficiently at the same time. Plenty of places to sit if you need to wait as well. Would come back here for tires in the future! Thanks so much.

Called 25 mins before close because my tire sensor went on and had a feeling I ran over a nail. I in fact did. They fixed it immediately and staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

I came here 3/1/2022 to have four new tires mounted and balanced.They ended up destroying two of my rims. Now I have to pay $300 to have them resurfaced and repaired. I warn you to avoid this tire shop by any means necessary. They will cause more damage than good.
