Tim was just incredible in helping me get a massive root out that the original tree cutter did a bad job of grinding the stump. And then I brought in another company to get all the roots out and they missed the massive root and were non responsive in getting back to me. Took the money and ran. I called a few places and found Tim was very responsive and was able to come by that night for me and he did a fantastic job in taking out a beast of a root that was still attached to part of the root ball that was missed by the earlier company. Big Kudos to Tim the Stump Doc.

Stump was completely removed for reasonable price. Afterwards the area was tidied up. Tim was careful to avoid damaging adjacent shrubs. Fully satisfied - would use again.
