I learned about Matt through my daughter and son-in-law. They have worked with him before and have nothing but great things to say about him. Due to their positive dealings with him, I decided to work with him for a house I needed to sell, without even meeting him first! I was not disappointed. Matt was absolutely wonderful and certainly lived up to the expectations I had! He knew everything that needed to be done. If I called or texted him he was very efficient in getting back to me and getting the correct information we needed. Matt was great with keeping the communication going, guided me through the entire process and he helped me get the best deal for my house. I would recommend Matt to anyone.
