The Storage House

We used The Storage House for nearly a year and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Marco was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find a storage company that makes the process this easy. I would highly recommend The Storage House to anyone looking for a reliable storage unit.

We absolutely loved renting from The Storage House! The rates were fair, the units were clean and spacious, and the owners and management were fantastic to work with. Marco, in particular, was amazing—every time I called, he answered right away, greeted me by name, and always had an immediate, helpful answer to my questions. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in running things well. The only reason we moved out was because we moved into a bigger home with plenty of storage—otherwise, we’d still be happily renting from them. Highly recommend The Storage House and especially Marco!

Renting from The Storage House was an excellent experience. Their customer service truly went above and beyond – they were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. I appreciated the little touches, like providing a lock for my unit so I didn't have to run around trying to find one. And the option to pay for 3 months upfront at a discounted rate was super convenient. When I first arrived, they even helped me get through the gate and situated in my unit. Overall, it was a seamless, 5-star process from start to finish.

My experience with “The Storage House” has been great from the start. Very quick service and very welcoming. Marco the manager is very personable, and is quick to respond whenever I need something. The area feels very safe and secure, and the other renters there are very kind.

I am so appreciative of the level of customer service I was given the whole time I was renting my storage space with storage house. My friend also rented from them and had nothing but good thing to say. Mark is amazing and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I really enjoyed the service that storage house gives its customers and I highly recommend if you need a place to store your precious items go to the storage house. They also have really good deals. The location is awesome! Renting a unit is simple and easy. The Storage House has recently changed ownership and will be well kept,, secure, updated, and run by the best staff. There is pride in ownership at this location which makes me feel more secure storing possessions here. A great place for your storage needs.
