The Storage House

We absolutely loved renting from The Storage House! The rates were fair, the units were clean and spacious, and the owners and management were fantastic to work with. Marco, in particular, was amazing—every time I called, he answered right away, greeted me by name, and always had an immediate, helpful answer to my questions. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in running things well. The only reason we moved out was because we moved into a bigger home with plenty of storage—otherwise, we’d still be happily renting from them. Highly recommend The Storage House and especially Marco!

My experience with “The Storage House” has been great from the start. Very quick service and very welcoming. Marco the manager is very personable, and is quick to respond whenever I need something. The area feels very safe and secure, and the other renters there are very kind.

Renting from The Storage House was an excellent experience. Their customer service truly went above and beyond – they were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. I appreciated the little touches, like providing a lock for my unit so I didn't have to run around trying to find one. And the option to pay for 3 months upfront at a discounted rate was super convenient. When I first arrived, they even helped me get through the gate and situated in my unit. Overall, it was a seamless, 5-star process from start to finish.

I've worked with the manager, Mark, a lot and he's a great guy who really cares about his customers. He keeps the facility clean and is never more than a phone call away.

I am so appreciative of the level of customer service I was given the whole time I was renting my storage space with storage house. I completed a walkthrough of the home. It has ample space and a unique layout. Wonderful closet space in particular. The landlord is motivated to assist.

Management is great! Very responsive when you call or are in need of anything. They get back to you very quickly. They provide great service. Did I say management was great? Because they are. They make sure all your needs are taken care of and they are honest!
