We love Durley House Swim school. My 2 sons have only been swimming there only a term but have made so much progress already. My youngest, who is 5, swims with Jayden in the smaller pool. Jayden is kind and caring and knows how to pitch the lessons for the younger children. My son really enjoys his lessons and only having 3 children in the group means he gets lots of attention.
My elder son, who is 7, swims with Jess in the bigger pool. Jess is brilliant with him (he can be quite excitable) and has made him focus and learn quickly. Again, only 3 in a group so lots of attention and turns swimming with the teacher. We tried lessons at a leisure centre which, although cheaper, were not as good. They had up to 8 children in a group and therefore not much time could be spent with each child. Durley House lessons are more expensive than a leisure centre but with small groups and amazing swimming teachers, they are well, well worth the cost. The facilities are great, showers and changing areas are lovely and clean and all the staff are really kind and seem to genuinely care. Also, each week has a different theme, for example dinosaurs, food, vehicles etc which my boys love. They also get termly certificates and medals with the added option of being able to purchase badges. Cannot fault Durley House Swim School in any way.
