The Standard Salon

I went to The Standard Salon yesterday for an all-over highlight and extension move-up and had such a great experience. I worked with Christy and couldn’t fully explain what I wanted—just that I wanted something a little different—and she totally nailed it. She kept my bright blonde but added the perfect dimension and depth. My hair looks like a million bucks! Christy and Stephanie were both amazing, and the salon was clean and welcoming. Thank you girls at The Standard for always keeping me feeling beautiful! not to bench in my hair has grown so many inches since I’ve been going to her. It’s healthy again.!!

I had the most fabulous experience at The Standard Salon in Roseville. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Mattie gave me the most amazing hair treatment and hands down the best blowout I’ve ever had. My blonde has never looked this good—so bright, soft, and luxurious. No one has ever been able to give me a blowout like Mattie did. She truly listened to exactly what I wanted and brought it to life flawlessly. Mattie made me feel so comfortable, and her energy was absolutely out of this world—so beautiful and uplifting. I left feeling confident, glowing, and completely obsessed with my hair. I even went out to the jacuzzi afterward with my gorgeous blonde blowout and felt amazing for the rest of the evening. Thank you to Mattie and the entire team for such an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back again! 💇🏼‍♀️✨

Late post (life happened 😅)… but I have to say this. Finding someone you trust with your hair is not a small thing. It’s a mix of art, intuition, and the ability to somehow understand what someone means when they say: “Not too light… but also lighter… but still natural… but better.” If you know… you know. And somehow… you nailed it, @Rosie 🎉 The color is exactly the soft, sun-kissed look I hoped for. The layers move beautifully, and the whole style somehow feels effortless and polished at the same time. What Rosie does isn’t just hair — it’s craft. The best part? The compliments keep coming. My waist-length hair still looks amazing weeks later — which tells me this wasn’t just a good hair day… it was amazing work. So yes… this post is late. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But the gratitude is very real. Beautiful and upscale salon! Amazing service, very clean, beautiful decor, and VIP service! Loved the complimentary Nespresso! Maddie listened and gave great advice. Best hair color I have ever received and loved the haircut and style. This will definitely be my regular Salon and hairstylist from now on. Thank you!🥰

I don’t even know where to begin with Christy because she has been so much more than just a hairstylist to me. She’s one of the few people I fully trust with my hair and when I say she’s a perfectionist, I mean it in the most sincere way. When it came to going blonde, she was the one person I felt that could take me there. I’m so glad I listened to that instinct, because she absolutely exceeded anything I could’ve dreamed of. My full highlight came out flawless, and the brand new 24-inch extensions she put in made me feel like the most confident version of myself!!! She literally gave me my dream hair🤍 I can’t recommend Christy and the salon enough. The Standard lives up to their name! The atmosphere of the salon is inviting and relaxing. I had my services done with Christy who initially invited me in for a complimentary consult so that she had an idea of what my hair goals were. Christy is not only personable and sweet, she's very professional and detail oriented. When I came back for my services, Christy was able to achieve everything I had asked for. Her assistant Stefany is amazing and gives the BEST head massage when shampooing. I'd recommend this salon to anyone looking to achieve high STANDARD hair goals and feel like a million bucks walking out the door! Thank you Christy ❤️

Christy and Stephany are absolute life savers!! Another stylist had incorrectly installed my extensions to the point where my head was really hurting and was refusing to fix it. Christy and her team saw me immediately and re-installed the extensions perfectly. They did such a lovely job, were very client centered and helped fix my hair. Thank you so very much! I went to The Standard Salon and had such a great experience. Stephanie did my root touch-up and it looks perfect, the color matched so well and blended right in. Christy, the owner, put in my extensions and I can’t get over how natural they look. My hair feels so much thicker and healthier, but still really soft and easy to style. Even though the salon was very busy, the team made sure every client was greeted right away and the phone was always answered in a friendly, helpful way. Christy made everyone feel so welcomed and created such a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. They even offered drinks and made sure I had everything I needed. Both Stephanie and Christy were so professional and kind, and I’m honestly obsessed with how my hair turned out.
