This is the best company in terms of customer service. We had a purchased a chair for our mother who is renal failure patient. Not only did Mark come and install the chair over the weekend on a short notice but also came in when there was adjustment needed twice over holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them if someone needs a stairlift for their loved one.

My Mom has been using the stairlift for a few years. So naturally I was concerned when I heard beeping and the chair was not working. Joey came out, assessed the problem and was able to get the chair up and running again. Thanks Joey for a job well done. Do not use this company! My poor aunt can hardly walk She has cerebral palsy. She relies on her lift chair to get up and down the steps It's broke. Our family has called numerous times to have it repaired no one returns our calls!!! And when we have gotten them they're rude and nasty and they will put us in the book but something happens and then they can't come God forbid something happened She can't even get down to the first floor. After months of dealing with them we had another company fixed the problem. It said that they take your money and when you need them to fix an issue they cannot be bothered.. do not use this company at all otherwise you will regret it.. How can this be a fake review? That was my cousin who posted the other review we both tried contacting you.. you kept blown us off you were in California you said you would put us on the list you had your own customers to deal with and you never reached out back to us every time we call we would get a voice message and leave a message no return call at all. Anyone who is in need of a chair lift do not use this company..
