We had an excellent experience with this team! From the start, they were incredibly personable and patient. When I first called, they couldn’t find our service record because I had given them the wrong information, but they didn’t make me feel bad about it at all—they just kept working with me until they found it. They were able to come out the very next day, which was amazing. When they arrived, they took their time, didn’t rush, and made sure our stair lift was completely fixed before they left. Their dedication really showed. We also have a dog, and they were so sweet with him, which made the whole experience even better. Professional, friendly, and truly helpful—highly recommend this team!

Purchased a chairlift a few years ago and the batteries went dead already, and we hardly use it except from some packages. I called and spoke to Ed. He told me it’s $450 to replace them. When I asked if he can do a better price I was told no. I picked up two batteries for $50 and did it myself. saved $400……I see you responded to my review. How about this? Your breakdown was $250 labor and $200 for the 2 batteries… that’s FOUR TIMES more than I paid AND they are quality batteries. Don’t worry I won’t respond again, ever.
