They are extremely knowledgeable for what your home needs and what system is best for you. I thought his pricing was very reasonable too! Communication is great, very nice to talk to. Everything was done in a timely manner and left with everything cleaned up! They explained exactly how everything worked and answered any questions I had. From the first call inquiring about service & quoting all the way through cleanup following installation of a new home water filter system and water softener system, Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His father joined in on the installation and was also incredibly professional and friendly. Installation was completed about 5 weeks ago and our water is noticeably better. Canton city water is ... rough to say the least. Would 100% recommend The Softener Guy!

Isaac was so helpful and informative. He installed a new softener for me, smaller and more efficient than the old, non-working one I was replacing. He came out the same day I called and had the new softener installed in just a few days. As someone who's always been on city water before, having a well and a water softener are new to me. He patiently and thoroughly educated me on not just my softener but also how my whole system worked, from the well pump to the holding tank to the softener itself. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me the knowledge to do routine maintenance tasks myself instead of needing to call him to take care of them. I consider that the sign of a very honorable businessman.

Issac and his dad Chuck were incredible with the quality of service and knowledge with water and the speed of installation from quote to finishing installation was absolutely incredible within 3 days of the initial call to their company!!! Not a spec of dirt left behind after installation, and very thorough on the explanation of the system they installed!!!! Issac was very informative and all around great to work with! He came and serviced our RO system (the same day we called) and also checked out our softener set up. We will definitely be using him when it comes time for a new softener!

I needed my water softener changed immediately. I then started my research. I found this company and saw they had amazing reviews I then called the next day they were able to come out and test my water. The person that came out was extremely nice and the price was also amazing Then he came back the next day and finished the job. he then saw something else that needed fixed in my house and decided to fix it for free which is unheard of these days! He even cleaned up everything not a speak of dirt was left . What an amazing guy! he did an amazing job. I would really recommend using this company! if I could, I would give them 100 stars!
