100% satisfied!!! Would definitely recommend Isaac and his dad for your water softener needs. We had a whole house softener and an air pressure tank for our well installed. They are extremely knowledgeable for what your home needs and what system is best for you. I thought his pricing was very reasonable too! Communication is great, very nice to talk to. Everything was done in a timely manner and left with everything cleaned up! They explained exactly how everything worked and answered any questions I had. Look no further...The Softener Guy is your guy!

From the first call inquiring about service & quoting all the way through cleanup following installation of a new home water filter system and water softener system, Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His father joined in on the installation and was also incredibly professional and friendly. Installation was completed about 5 weeks ago and our water is noticeably better. Canton city water is ... rough to say the least. Would 100% recommend The Softener Guy!
