Did the 3 day drift fix in the 350z. My instructor Daniel messmer was absolutely amazing. Under his guidance I went from never having drifted by the end of day 3 running almost all of the north course. I was so impressed I came back and did a car rental for a 4th day and hired Daniel again to help me out and had me absolutely sliding around the full course without issue and confidence. The cars are very well prepared. They have roll cages good racing bucket seats and proper harness. While eibisu is pretty lax on safety requirements the team at sideways experience isn't and want to insure driver safety. The car ran flawlessly for 4 days in extreme heat. The only thing I had to do was keep an eye on temperatures and do some cool down laps if things got to hot. Which was made simple by a big digital gauge! The rest of the team and support staff is also super friendly and helpful. The guys made sure the car had tires and was fueled up. Juliana made sure all of my needs were met and kept the van close by! it was a scorching 33°C (93°F) In July. So they kept the van on with the AC cranked high! If you have the means I highly recommend hiring Hobart their media guy his camera and drone work is top notch and the video will give me incredible memories for the rest of my life. And with as much that's going on I could just focus on driving which made the experience so much better. Bottom line if you find yourself wanting to go and drift at ebisu contact these great folks. Doesn't matter if you're fully experienced or like me a newbie they have something for you to help you make the most of your time at eibisu!

Everyone at the Sideways Experience is amazing to interact with. I have attended the 7-day drift experience and it is highly recommended if you want to experience some of the most famous drift tracks in the world with alongside like-minded people. I also attended the 3-day advanced drift fix which allowed for more technical skill growth driving alongside their skilled instructors.

We decided to go with this company during a trip to Japan and they were absolutely hands down the best part of the trip. Danny and the guys hooked my son up and got him out on the course safely. Drone footage and photography package are a must! If you’re even thinking about it, DO IT. Safety is not an option. Everyone wears helmets the entire time. Instructors available, if needed. And even a passenger is allowed to ride along! Worth every penny and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks THE SIDEWAYS EXPERIENCE for helping my son’s dream to drift in Japan come true!

Had a 1 day drift car rental (350z) + instruction (Liam) on May 20th 2025. Hands down one of the best car experiences I've ever had! The car was well setup, Liam was an awesome instructor, and Ebisu circuit was amazing. Can't recommend enough if you're interested in learning to drift, or to progress your drifting to the next level!

All I can say is WOW! What an experience and a half! I had an absolute blast and improved my skills even more! SideWays Experience made the whole day a walk in the park, even booking + Pick ups and were very supportive and were beyond helpful through out the day. We managed to polish 16 Tyres off in just under 8 hours 😂 Will definitely be making a return! Certainly one ticked off the bucket list 🫶🏼 Certainly recommend this experience to any JDM/Drift lover or anyone who is interested to experience Japan Drifting culture! Till next time 🇯🇵

An unforgettable experience! I wish I could spend a whole summer here. I rented the 350Z for a full day with an instructor. Daniel made it really easy to learn the basic skills on the skidpad - donuts, figure 8s and handbrake pulls. I was a newbie, so all that took up the whole day and it also completely used up the tires. I wasn't able to 'drift' on any track myself, but Daniel did take me around two of the Ebisu circuits for some fun. An extra day here would probably have been enough for me to try driving on the track. That said it was still incredible. I would happily do another day of just donuts. To the entire team at Sideways - thank you!

I did a day of drifting here and it was awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try drifting. I had never drifted before and after a few hours learning from Jake i'm pretty sure he said "I was the best drifter there ever has been or will be". I'm also hard of hearing so those may not have been his exact words. But really he was a great teacher and made it enjoyable while learning. Also Juliana was very helpful through emails and while we were there with my girlfriend and 2 year old daughter. If you ever go to Japan and want to try drifting, if you have zero experience or have lots of experience, go here. Thanks guys. p.s. Looking forward to that picture with the baby bottle haha.

Awesome experience, I had a fantastic instructor (Chris) who made the whole day productive and kept me developing my skills all day. I hadn't drifted before but with the expert guidance I was feeling pretty confident quite quickly. Most fun motorsport experience I've had in ages! Definitely do the touge hotlaps with the instructors at the wheel if given the chance, amazing!!

I had a brilliant day here after receiving a recommendation from a friend in the UK. This was such a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. I chose to the JZX as i prefer a turbo car, being used to my R33. The car was well set up, had more lock than you can wave a stick at and a hydro. The tyres they were using made for a nice balance of grip and wear. My only regrets were that i couldn’t spend more time there - though i did dust off 7 sets of tyres before leaving early. If you are looking at these reviews then you probably already know that you should hire a car. My recommendation is to do it and thank me later
