Usually lazy to do even a short write-up, but decided to give a shout-out to the boss, his colleague and his mother - all very friendly people! They freely shared their knowledge and experience with me. My racquet was also restrung in a jiffy upon request. Not saying everyone should expect the same but it really reflects how accommodating and easy-going they are! Very big THANK YOU for taking the risk with me to restring a partially cracked racquet simply because I like it so much and can’t bear to part with it yet!

Can recommend this store for restringing! I needed my badminton racket restrung in quick turnaround for a tournament and they did a great job. They were responsive in the morning over WhatsApp to confirm it was possible and even finished faster than they estimated. Super friendly and helpful service, thank you!

A humble and a tiny badminton shop (or more like a badminton svc kiosk ;) ) right in the middle of clementi. Very strategic location i wld say since its near the clementi sports hall. Bought a nanoflare racket and a bag from em, restring it and able to collect it within an hour. That's an example of a good superb service my friends! Friendly chap and patient answering my queries before heading down. If ure a westies and need a restring svc or maybe getting some accessories or even a racket, shuttle goods definitely a go-to! Will definitely patronize again when the need arises!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a yonex racket for a Filipino boy who is unwell. The price was reasonable and included free case and grip tape. Saw Han and mother speaking kindly and encouragingly to teen boys who love badminton. Thank you for loving these young people and encouraging them in this healthy pastime. This is more than just a shop, it’s a safe place for the young people.

I don’t normally write reviews but this store is worthy of one! went on a thurs afternoon and han and his mother were so friendly and willing to explain and let me try out everything, from rackets to shoes. Han took the time to explain the different rackets and shoes and did not rush me to make a decision :) He immediately strung my racket on the spot and I was done within an hour! Everything is priced very reasonably, racket came with free stringing (any string of choice) and free gripping, with a free carry bag! Will definitely come back to support these two lovely people again, and highly recommend! Cheers you two, wish yall all the best with your shop !

I think this is the first physical store I've been to that actually beats online prices. Got the Astrox 100 Game + string for about $50 cheaper than shopee! They gave a free grip too. Also can use CDC vouchers to pay. Highly recommended if u r trying to restring or pickup a new racquet

Visited the store today with the intention to look for a new racket for me and my friends. The boss is very friendly and helpful in sharing his knowledge on the type of racket that will suit us. We were really thankful that he is very patient and not pushy. We were all happy with our purchase and are excited to play our game soon. Thank you The Shuttle Goods. 🏸

Uncle Han was the best. He explained everything and recommended well. I asked to get it back 7 days later, they texted me the next working day. And on my birthday gave me a free grip.

Exceptional service provided by The Shuttle Goods. Owner is friendly and highly knowledgeable. I strung my racket there and it was very professionally well done. They also offer a variety of badminton related products. I would recommend this shop.
