We had an excellent experience with The Shower Co. Everyone we encountered was very professional and accommodating. A special thank you to Jordan and his helper for doing a nice tear out, new installation and clean up. I've attached photos (the chrome hardware was not provided; I opted to keep what I had since it was new) Roger made sure everything went smoothly and when I messed up the caulking (pretty bad) he came out the next morning to fix my huge goof.

Roger, Jordan & their crew completed our full remodel in our primary bathroom in 10 days! The timelines I received from other companies were 3-4 months! They started on time everyday & cleaned up after each day which I appreciated. Minor hiccups, they took care of right away. Everyone on staff was courteous, friendly & respected our home. I am so happy with our updated bathroom w/steam shower & separate vanity. Below is our after & before space.

After having numerous contractors give me estimates for my project I decided to go with the Shower company. I have to say I was not disappointed. They were just a little bit out of my price range however they finish the job in a very short time period and the quality of work showed true craftsmanship. I had a full bathroom built from the ground up. This included plumbing, floors a shower, electrical and drywall. Rogers crew wasted no time with the in ground concrete work and plumbing. Has a union tradesmen I have to say these gentlemen did a great job.

We had a great experience with The Shower Company! Our primary bathroom is beautiful! Roger communicated promptly, Austin helped us with a great design and Jordan and Jarion did excellent work. I highly recommend using this company for your bathroom remodel!

We are so in love with our new bathroom! This company was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. I reached out to request a quote and was called back within 30 minutes. Austin came out within the week and was able to provide a quote to me on the spot, he advised the job would take no lover than 4-5 days. (other companies quoted me double the amount or more and several weeks to complete). When it came time to do the remodel, Jordan did fantastic work, communicated well and it ended up only taking 3 days to complete. I highly recommend using The Shower Company for your bathroom remodel!

The shower company construction team went above and beyond to complete our shower project. The owner himself came to complete the work. The project was completed in less than two days, and it looks great. I can’t say thank you enough, Roger. You gave me the he ability to take a shower. It is so appreciated.

My wife and I love how the bathroom turned out! Everything was smooth from start to finish. They were able to finish the bathroom remodel in 2 days, which was a plus! Exceeded our expectations. We will use the Shower Company for any future projects!

Jordan and Austin were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as the day progressed. Their work ethic was impressive. I noticed them walking very quickly and didn’t even take a break. The product looks nice and is exactly what I expected. I was bid $12,000 for a tile shower and would have gone that direction but it would have taken a week. I didn’t want the shower to be down that long. Super happy to have this completed in less than one day.

We had an overall poor experience with The Shower Company. The first use of the shower after install had water dripping into the basement. When I contacted Roger about this, he immediately deflected and blamed it on the previously installed plumbing with no proof. The issue was that the shower door wasn't caulked according to instructions. I fixed this myself. There were multiple issues with the grout and caulking that the installers had to come back to repair. The toilet was installed crooked. Trim caulked poorly and nail holes unfilled. And today I discovered the vanity is not attached to the wall at all. I have no idea why there was no quality inspection after project completion. For the amount we paid, there should have not been a single issue... The biggest issue I have, though, was with Roger's unprofessionalism. During installation, he welcomed himself into our house without knocking and walked through our house without acknowledging us at all and proceeded to berate his installer for not working fast enough and then left. I think the issues stated above all stemmed from this interaction and caused the installers to rush. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Excellent service! Jordan and Josh did a wonderful job. Beautiful shower and done in one day. On time. Cleaned everything up. Would recommend 100%. Totally worth the money. You won’t be disappointed.
