Had clogged sewer line and wasn’t sure who to call. Picked The Sewer Guys and was extremely happy. Tony came out the same day, very honest, pleasant to talk with and explained everything to me. Didn’t push for a more expensive service to be done. Extremely satisfied, very reasonable and definitely recommend them.

Tony did an amazing Job!!! I had some significant Clogging that caused issues in my Pipe connected to my Kitchen Sink, Toilet and Bath Tub. After less than an hour, my issue was solved. He protected my Bathroom floor and attached my Toilet back in pristine condition. He really went the extra mile and explained everything he was doing and gave me great advice. He was friendly, reasonably priced and he showed up on time. I have referred him to Friends etc.

We had a serious plumbing issue over the weekend, and Tony, the owner of The Sewer Guys, came out on a Saturday to personally take care of it. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding. He didn’t just fix the problem—he explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their customers and their craft. I appreciate the prompt response to my request for service. Tony arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire process. I found their expertise to be quite reassuring, and they took the time to explain the issues clearly. I’m very impressed with Nash, she is the best! Very calming demeanor. They’re the dynamic duo. The friendly tech came and spent a couple hours on trying to unclog something in the sewer. He put a scope down and said there’s something in there but he can’t get it out, that the snake couldn’t go in the correct direction. He didn’t know what the obstruction was. It worked a little bit better but said that was the best he could do. Within a couple of days it was back to not draining at all. He said at the time the solution was to cut off the section of pipe and put a rubber boot on it and redirect things. He did didn’t offer that as an option front their service So $325 later, the most expensive of all the companies who who unclog drains, I was no better off. My only error was My only error in this was not getting back to them in a punctual immediately. I waited over month and that was my mistake. I understand that if they can’t do it, they can’t do it. I called them to see if they wanted to try to rectify the situation and they said not without getting paid again. So they didn’t seem like an attractive offer.

I was very impressed with the Sewer Guys from start to finish. A rental property that I manage had a clogged kitchen sink that we were unable to clear ourselves. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and seemed like she likes her job. The job was done promptly, pictures and invoice were uploaded to the work order in my system with notes. I would highly recommend them.

Had a drain backup into our basement on a Saturday and within an hour of calling he was pulling tree roots out of our pipes. Super friendly, professional, answered my questions and took the time to wipe down the floor and pipes he was working on. I will definitely be using The Sewer Guys again as well as recommending them to everyone I know!

Life savers. These people are punctual, quick to communicate, and very knowledgeable. We just bought our first house this year and they made a bad situation into a weight off of our shoulders. I can't thank them enough for being so helpful and overall honest, wonderful people!

He arrived quickly and assessed the problem right away. He gave me a quote (actually 3) and explained what and why things needed to be done. He was dressed cleanly in his uniform and put booties on as soon as he entered the house. As soon as I approved the work, he began. He impressed me quite a bit regarding his promptness, ability to explain the work clearly, completing the job and cleaning up so nicely. I will call him back if needed.

We had water backing up thru the basement floor drain. I called and spoke to a very friendly receptionist. The technician was able to get to us in about an hour. I explained what I had already tried, and he found the clog in the main sewer line right away and was able to clear it. Even though we were in the basement, he still laid down a trap to keep the area clean. I would definitely recommend The Sewer Guys to clear your clogged drains.
