The Sails

I’m in love with my new apartment at The Sails. Shedderick was very helpful throughout my process, answered any questions throughly and made sure I had everything I needed for a proper move in day. The interior is in impeccable condition; I came in to do self clean and honestly there wasn’t a spec of dirt in sight. I cannot wait to make this space a real home.

My wife and I have loved living at the Sails! Sheddrick, the property manager, has been the best property manager we have ever worked with! Great place, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and most importantly quiet and safe.

The Sails is a great place to live as it is very clean, quiet, and spacious. Sheddrick made everything 100x easier and was very nice to us. He listened and answered all of our questions and made the process quick and easy.

The apartment was quite nice but the manager at move out developed an attitude regarding our concern about a$190 charge for a broken globe on a ceiling fan. Said the globe couldn’t be found so he would have to replace the entire fan. So I requested the old fan be returned to me. Then came the attitude!

This is my First Apartment Ive Rented Very nice and Cousy.. I Love the Staff very approachable.. Better Place to Stay.. I Love it👍❤️

Love living at The Sails! Sheddrick is literally the nicest property manager you will ever come across, and Maintenance is fast and super nice as well! Beautiful living spaces and amenities! Could not recommend more!

This is a wonderful place. It is quiet. The facilities are kept clean and the maintenance request are handled quickly and efficiently.

This apartment is lovely! Good living space and has a great management team that is very thorough and heplful. Had no issues getting our new home and would recommend this place!

Really disappointed. I was really hoping that me and my family would be able to live here, we were in the process but then Sheddrick refused to help me and my husband with the right documents we needed to move forward and decided to yell at us instead when we were just trying to get help. Other than that this seems like it would be a great place to live, just wish this were handled differently.

My husband is military so a lot of our dealings with management were online via email or telephone from 4+ hours away. Every interaction with the leasing office was so easy! We secured an apartment here a few weeks before moving, so we were a little worried about the apartment itself with us being so far and not seeing it before doing all of the paperwork. We were very pleased with our apartment when we arrived!! Beautiful countertops, brand new appliances, very roomy and such friendly staff. We could not have picked a better place to go and we are so thankful to the staff at the Sails for making this transition so easy for us!
