Marcello and his crew were AMAZING! I bought a safe back in 1992 and had it delivered down a narrow staircase. The comment was ‘that’s never getting out of here’. 33 years later SAFEMASTER got it out. They assessed the location and rigged up equipment to get it up a narrow staircase and out. Highly recommend!

Just got my new gun safe delivered by these guys. Marcello and his helper did a fantastic job navigating it up narrow stairs with a very small landing at the top. They planned it out before starting took measurements, got blocking ready and PRESTO! Up and in place with no trouble, damage or wall scratches. Super professional, I definitely recommend!

These guys know their stuff. They've unlocked doors, safes and arcade machines for me. If you have a big safe in a very awkward and challenging location these are the guys that will move it and get it out no problem.

I have a great experience with Safemaster company. I need to move a 720 lbs gun safe into the basement of the house. I called a few safe mover company to compare the price. I finally got the best price from Safemaster. The owner of the company is MARCELLO. He come over to the house and exam the job and took the measurements. He advised me in order to move the safe down the stairs. He will build a portable extension platform and put on the staircase. I agree with him and set up an appointment for the job. On the appointment day morning. He show up on time with his worker. They took the necessary steps to protect the floor and the stairs before they start moving the safe. After 3 hours of hard work. They finally finish moving the safe to the basement. The Safemaster company was professional, knowledgeable and had the experience. One of the main reason that I chose this company to do the job is because I seen their work videos and photos on Instagram. They move many safe and have all the equipment to do the job right. I was very impressed and appreciate with a job well done. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

I highly recommend this company. They are very experienced and provide excellent customer service. I had an issue opening my safe and I called their number at 9:00 PM on Friday night. Marcello was extremely helpful. He asked me to send him a picture of the safe and he was able to figure out the problem. He assisted me in getting the safe open by instructing me over the phone. Any other company would have made me wait until they came out and took advantage of the situation with a hefty fee. Macello is admirable and more concerned with helping people. He deserves as much business as I could send his way. I will use his company again and I have been telling everyone I know about his expertise and willingness to help. I was so satisfied with Marcello’s customer service that I called him to replace the dial on my safe. He came the same day and quickly installed a keypad on my safe.
