Recently went through this company to buy a new safe after moving. I can say, hands down, that this was by far the best experience I have had during the buying process. Kris helped me out by going over all the features of each safe I was looking at as well as other options I wasn't looking for originally. After checked out multiple other stores for a safe, I ended up going back to The Safe Market due to the customer service. If you are not sure of the specific safe your want / need, I would highly recommend checking them out and they will wall you through the process.

I called in with a question about a safe they don’t even carry, and the best way to move it. Sandy took the time to educate me, did not tell me how inferior the safe I called in about is to the quality products they carry, and in general was one of the kindest, funniest, and most helpful person I have talked to at a retail store in a long time. I am a fan now, and will be buying something from them in the very near future!

I had my Dads 50 gun safe that I had moved locally to my home. Sandy and her movers were awesome. They called the night before to arrange a pick up time. They arrived on time and within 40 minutes had the safe loaded and ready to be delivered to its new home. The whole move took about 2 hours. David’s Gun Room and Liberty Safes of Atlanta is the only team in Atlanta I trust moving any safe. Thanks again.

Sandy and the team were awesome when it came time for my Dad to purchase his first safe. She asked him a few questions and found him the perfect model! They were also very accommodating and understanding when we had to reschedule the delivery with only a days notice. And when the delivery was made, the guys were very professional and courteous. They placed both the large safe and a smaller hidden jewelry safe and were finished in about 35 minutes. My parents are very pleased with their purchase, and even happier with the service. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Got me in for a showroom appointment quickly and helped make my decision easier. Liberty safes checked all my boxes for security, US listed locks, US manufacture and a good warranty. I sprung for the delivery/install service since the process installing a safe in a tight fit with my SO would 100% result in an argument. Anyone who’s moved large items with their SO knows what I mean. Was able to get a quick TAT for install and The install team communicated well, took care to do zero damage, and was quick, professional, and courteous. I had Liberty relocate a 780 lb. safe from a location that required moving up a grassed slope and across a long front yard to reach the concrete driveway and truck. The moving crew arrived early and promptly moved the safe across the soft terrain, and to my home. The safe was quickly installed at the selected spot and leveled. The moving personnel were very competent, polite, and congenial. A very professional service. WGS

Yesterday, my wife and I were looking at safes at a very famous big box store in Lawrenceville GA when we were approached by sales person in another department. He wasn't busy and had just recently researched and purchased his safe from Liberty Safes of Atlanta. He raved about the quality of his Liberty safe and the exceptional customer service he received from them. He was so convincing, we took a chance on visiting Liberty Safes of Atlanta without an appointment. This was to be the beginning of one of the most positive customer service experiences of our life. They invited us in because there must have been a gap between their scheduled appointments. Steve and Sandy immediately made us feel like family. Everyone in that store was very friendly and extremely customer focused. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We even left their store to go back to that big box store to look at their safes again. After three more phone conversations with Liberty of Atlanta, we purchased a Liberty USA series 36. One of our biggest worries, in buying a safe, as I am sure it is for others too, was wondering how we would get it home and inside our house without damaging our steps and hardwood floors. This turned out to be one of the best parts of our already great experience. The safe was delivered, on-time early this morning by one of the most professional and well equipped crews we have ever met. They had an amazing hydraulic dolly and demonstrated extreme skill in using it to position our safe in the desired location. They put felt pads on the bottom to protect our hardwood floors. They took the time to carefully level the safe so well that you can position the safe door in any position and it won't move in either direction. One of the guys, David, explained every detail of how to set the combination, adjust the shelving, change the batteries when needed, and activate the warranty. He patiently hung in there with us until he was sure we did not have anymore questions. My wife and I are just blown away by how positive and simple this whole buying experience was. It's one thing to buy a great product at a fair price and we did. It's another thing to be able to associate such a positive memory of this experience every single time we look at our Liberty safe. Way to go Liberty of Atlanta! You can bet this will be a story we retell over and over for years to come.

I absolutely love my new Liberty Centurion safe, the quality is outstanding. I look forward to filling the empty spaces by visiting David’s Gun Room next door. Buy the best, buy a Liberty Safe that’s made in America. Don’t buy inferior big box stores Chinese made safes.

Excellent service we needed a 1200lb pound safe installed in our place. It was like the army core of engineers had showed up at our house. Everything went incredibly smooth. Plenty of cut-rate company’s are out their who can drop ship a safe on your drive way. That’s not liberty safe they are a full a service company.

Was excited to visit the store as we've saved the money necessary to finally purchase a liberty safe. Been wanting one for a while and drove about an hour, with the family, to get there. Sadly, during business hours, arrived to a locked door with the lights on inside and a silly message on a sign that stated that I needed to email an address to make an appointment "for my safety". Are you kidding me? Won't be a problem for most but for me.... I was expecting better. I expect the virus excuses getting a latte, at a coffee shop, in Seattle. I was trying to get a 2-3k gun safe, at a independent gun shop, in Georgia. Now I'm looking for a different place to buy one. Reviews look great and might really be excellent people but didn't work out for me. Surely, not going back. Not my kind of place.
