Great furniture! Have purchased multiple pieces since we moved down here 4 years ago. Value is great, I would rather spend my money here than the big box stores. Everything has held up perfectly.

Rustic mile staff were nice & friendly. They were helpful, answered our questions and followed up with us. Furniture is excellent at great prices. We will continue to return and make our furniture purchases here.

Was shopping for a sofa table. The selection was outstanding and the salesperson, Nancy, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. No pressure just helpful questions and suggestions. Ordered 3 Stools and were finished while we were out of country. They held them in the warehouse for us until we could pick them up. The pick up was easy and we love our stools and they look exactly as pictured on their website.

We checked out a few other furniture stores before deciding to go with The Rustic Mile, and let me tell you. Just save your time and go to The Rustic Mile! We were so impressed with not just the quality of the furniture, but how polite, and helpful the staff members were. We were able to look around the store and decide what we wanted and were not pressured into anything else which is amazing because as many know, furniture shopping can sometimes be like buying a car with how pushy the salesperson can get and let me tell you, The Rustic Mile was not like that at all and it was one of the main reasons we went with them! So if you want to have a good shopping experience and leave with quality, beautiful, handmade furniture at a very good price, The Rustic Mile is your spot to go!! 100/10 recommend and will definitely be shopping here again.

Beautiful furniture. My fiancé owned some, so I am familiar with the quality. Some issues I have with the company is the long turn around to acquire the furniture. Another major issue is that there is not a set policy for shipping charges posted on the website or known when speaking to different employees. Hearing the manager in the background say randomly that he’ll charge $799 for shipping but the first person I spoke to on another day calculated a much smaller number for shipping based off of $ per mile after so many miles. The one I spoke to today did not know what to charge for shipping. This concerns me when spending a large amount of money on furniture and makes the experience feel a little “shady” when it comes to shipping charges with this company. I will have to reevaluate whether I want to deal with this company again after I receive my furniture. Hopefully, it will arrive and in good shape after spending what I did.
