After waiting several months for earned pay increase and owed backpay…I reached a level of frustration where I was starting to lose sleep.
It’s amazing how unmanaged stress can quickly spiral out of control mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I decided to reach out to an attorney. I googled “the best employment lawyer in St. Louis”
The Rolwes Employment Law Firm was the 1st to pop up with 5 star reviews. I was already impressed and feeling hopeful…Edward answered the first time I called.
I can honestly say this was the most therapeutic and enlightening phone call.
I called with every intention of suing my employer….. I was allowed to vent and plead my case.
Edwards advise and response literally shifted my perspective on the entire situation, and caused me to completely re-evaluate my motive/intentions….and reminded me of what’s truly important.
We may not be able to control the actions of others- but we can control ourselves, our reactions, and choose not to allow the actions of others or situations to steal our peace.
I am sincerely thankful for his patience, honesty and advice during our phone call. I believe he literally saved me from jeapordizing my job.
