Amazing shop! Found my go to bike shop. Recently purchased a Lectric bike and needed a couple adjustments. They sell Lectric bikes in the shop too if you want to see one in person! We did not know that before we purchased ours otherwise I would’ve purchased from them. Highly recommend this shop!

Let me start off with excellent staff and Customer service. Was recommended by another bike shop that went out of business when I purchase my mountain bike. Only had the bikes for a few months when I kept hearing a clicking noise when I was riding. So I took the recommendation And took my bike to their shop. To my surprise, they trouble shot it and had back to me in a few hours. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I'm gonna give a big thanks to the staff and the Mechanic Jose.

Update! these guys are the best bought a new bike they made sure it fit properly and i was completely comfortable on my new ride. can't recommend them enough! Fixed my bike to to practically new

Great service, friendly people! The shop did a great job replacing the motor assembly and wiring harness on my Lectric eBike. I'll be getting my bikes serviced here from now on, I am impressed with the level of service i've received so far.

I had my bike serviced and spent over $200 bucks. It came home with the chain and derailleur untouched and filthy. I'm not sure if it was overlooked or not included in the package, but I was surprised and disappointed. I never got it out to ride it.

The Right Gear has excellent, friendly staff. I've gone to them for years for service and recently purchased a new bike from their shop. Matt and Jason are friendly and very knowledgeable. Their service dept manager Jesus is also top shelf and very good at his trade! Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bike or getting their existing bike serviced to go see them.

I’m not a cyclist. I have a beautiful beach cruiser that I like to ride around Concord. I majorly blew a tire. The Right Gear was so friendly and professional. They didn’t have my special cream colored cruiser tire. They were not sure if they could. But they shopped for me and found the perfect match. The price was affordable and the service was friendly. I’m so happy with the result. You should use them.
