This place is like Home. Services apartments. Amazing Host, friendly staff. Super helpful people. Extremely clean and maintained apartments better than the pictures honestly. I lived there for 4 months and I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you for having me

My partner and I stayed here for two months, and it was a fantastic choice. The room is fully equipped with everything you need — high-quality cooking utensils, a well-appointed bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony. The twice-weekly cleaning service is a great bonus, and everyone on the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Renon Plaza, just up the road, has everything from a supermarket to restaurants and a bakery. Across from the plaza, you’ll also find some excellent coffee shops and eateries. Plus, you’re just a short drive from Sanur Beach, which offers a wide variety of options for food, relaxation, and activities.

Good place to stay for long stays. We liked the location, the accommodation is large and has all the necessary items. We definitely recommend staying here. The only point that the owners should evaluate is the internet, which is sometimes inefficient. Nothing more.

Absolutely loved my stay at these Bali apartments! The swimming pool was fantastic for relaxing, and the smart TV and good internet made staying in so comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend for a great Bali getaway!

We planned to stay here for a month but we checked in and realised there was a loud contruction next to it. They are expanding. 8am -5pm. Until Aug 2025. There was no information about it when we do the booking. Then we decided to stay for 3 days as a daily guest and owner will refund the payment. Take Note No more green space as advertised Good notes - Cold aircon - Hot water works - Love the older housekeeping guy, his lovely - Far from mainstreet - Clean room - Maybe good for long stay if you able to purchase things you need but for sure not for short stay - Good for 2 pax max not more than that. Space can be very limited. Some cons to share - Parking in this place is NOT FREE for monthly guess. Daily guest available or cost 50,000 a day. Monthly is 500,000K. I havent been to hotel anywhere in Bali to park with the fee. - We had to check out at 11am despites normal check out time is 12pm. Owner said we can stay another hour if we pay 100K or we had to give her 5 star rating , STAR is earned. This place might earned 3 star but for sure not 5 star. I wouldnt give away 5 star rating over check out time which is my right as a guess. - No cooking gas available during arrival to cook dinner and owner did not respond, i had to look for the staff to helped me. - Kitchen super basic no eating knife no mugs for coffee and tea, so go figure. - No toilet paper refill so go buy. We got one toilet roll for entire 3 days stay. - Tv didnt work or very hard to use. Can open youtube but to watch something you need to pay, cant login to your own account. Cant use it basically. Only found this out after day 2 after owner came - No rug in a bathroom - Need pets control, loads of cocoroaches and bugs here. - Everything cost bit extra - Lots of debriss and dirt on the pool might be because of contraction. - Pls add instruction how to use your machine washing. This will preserve your machines from people who dont know how. This could be lovely place, it has loads of potential if the owner is not stingy with everything. I even willing to pay bit more. You should make your daily price to 700,000 and just offer your best, like free parking, daily room clean, add little dishwashing soap and sponge its very cheap, add toilet paper, proper TV service and so on. This way ill be hapilly give 5 star rating. Ive been traveling to 40 countries and so many cities, little thing goes along way.

This is my first Airbnb and everything has been clean and simple so far! Very spacious and out of the way from the main street, less busy roads.

1.The walls in the apartments are like cardboard. All the shouts, arguments, and conversations of the neighbors are heard as if they are in your own room. 2.In our room, there was an old and very noisy air conditioner. 3.When the microwave broke, we were told that to fix it, we needed to pay 900k. 4.Changing the bed linen costs 120k. The bedding looks unpleasant. 5.The washing machines have been broken for a year; only one is working properly. 6.The owners are completely uncommunicative, remembering tenants only at the time of payment. This accommodation has left a lot of negative emotions and stress.

Pros: 1. Modern and Clean Room 2. Humble and Helpful Staff 3. Lots of natural light 4. Good location Cons: 1. Unfriendly, rude and dishonest owners - 5 Million Rp deposit was not refunded even though we gave more than a month's notice. They say because the reservation was canceled we lose the deposit.No rental agreement, no invoices, no paperwork whatsoever which is illegal. They dont ask for copies of passports or id's. We will be reporting them to the Balinese authorities. 2. No management. These people should not be running any type of hospitality business as they have zero customer service and management skills. 3. No rules or system in place. Tenants get to do as they like without any consequences. The Japanese lady and daughter in room 101 are absolute maniacs and have no respect for neighbors. Slamming doors and noise from 4:30am - maniac in room 101 and screaming kids at the pool will destroy your peace of mind. Tenants using all three washing machines at the same time again because there are no rules. 4. Broken shower handle in room 106 which was never repaired they can't even replace batteries in the aircon and TV remotes. Washing machines get blocked often due to lack of cleaning. 5. The entrance road is in very poor condition and will be flooded when raining. 6. They charge for changing the linen and car parking. Don't be fooled by some good reviews on Google the owners are con artists and make rules when it suits them. If I had more time I would sue them for the 5 million Rp and would win as there is no rental contract. We stayed for 4 months purely because of the ideal location. We became good friends with the staff especially Ketut which we believe could run the building better than the owners. It's safe to say we will never return.
