The Raw Iron Club has been a huge blessing. I’ve been training with Keith for just one month and I’m already seeing results. He’s extremely knowledgeable and teaches me something new every week about both nutrition and fitness. The environment is friendly and relaxed, and Keith is personable, dedicated, and truly listens so he can help you reach your goals. I’m so thankful I found this place!

Motivation and Accountability!!! Keith has been a great asset in helping me work toward my goals for a healthy lifestyle. In the 6 months that I have been working with Keith I have seen a change both physically and mentally. Keith has helped me rediscover my love of weight lifting, held me accountable, and motivates me to keep working hard each and every session. Keith is friendly, easy to work with, and a great listener helping to problem solve when any issues or injuries occur. Highly recommend!!!

I have been working with Keith for a few months & it has been an amazing experience. I have noticed so much growth towards my goals with his help. I love that I have the option to work with him one on one, use his workouts at his gym or at my gym!

I have been training with Keith 4 month’s now and I am more fit in my 50’s than in my early 30’s. Keith takes the time to have a plan that works for you and not just what everyone else is doing. If you’re ready to take the leap for a healthy lifestyle I highly recommend The Raw Iron Club!

Before I started working with Keith, I had suffered from severe deficiencies, which caused me to lose a lot of muscle mass. I was completely weak and struggled with physical tasks that used to be no problem for me, especially anything that required strength. Since training with Keith, I’ve watched my strength increase week after week. My energy levels have risen, and I now have the ability to handle tasks that require a bit of muscle with ease. While I haven’t worked with other trainers before, I can say Keith’s positive approach and enthusiasm are incredibly motivating. What really sets him apart is his adaptability. When I first started, I had no injuries, but after hurting my hand, Keith found creative ways to help me maintain my exercises. Whether it’s using straps or finding alternative methods, he made sure I could keep working out without aggravating my injury. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also a total sweetheart! Physically, I feel more energized and stronger. I’ve already recommended Keith to everyone I know, and even one of my friends has started training with him! No matter what your fitness goals are, Keith has a plan for you. His environment is welcoming, he’s enthusiastic about helping you reach your goals, and he’s resourceful in finding ways to make your workouts work for you. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer!

Keith really makes getting into the swing of going to the gym and working out approachable and less intimidating! he’s extremely knowledgeable and really takes his time to tailor your workouts to what your goals are! i’m down 35 pounds since the new year training with Keith and following the workouts he’s given me! Highly recommend!

I have seen Keith for a couple of sessions so far and have been very pleased with the experience. I have back issues and have managed to reduce my pain, and I appreciate that Keith meets me where I am. He is patient, kind, and, above all else, empathic to the pain I experience with movements. I found myself exceeding expectations as we set goals based on what I wanted to achieve. I appreciate his patience and kind and empathic demeanor on something that can be very challenging at times.

I had the pleasure of observing Keith for my own personal training endeavors at The Raw Iron Club. He was an amazing trainer and you can really tell that he cares about his clients and wants to push them to their goals. He is very involved in the success of others and it is obvious he wants the best from everyone, even himself. I would recommend this gym to all of my friends and anyone looking to have fun but reach their fitness goals!
