I had a great experience with the rack shop and would definitely recommend them for all your rack needs. They installed a Rhino-Rack on my 2019 Subaru Forester and made the whole process super easy. I was on a tight timeline with an upcoming trip, and they got everything done quickly without cutting corners. The install was fast, clean, and solid. I also really appreciated their help in picking the right rack. They walked me through the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I ended up with something that fit my car and my plans. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall great to work with. If you need a roof rack installed, you gotta let Rob help you out!

My husband and I had spent months of research trying to get some better insight into compatible racks/storage options for our 2025 Ford Ranger. Rob really did a great job of providing me with product choices and information, as well as his experiences using and installing different covers. They had the roof rack and box but not the installation kit which they committed to order it and have it ready within 3 days and they delivered flawlessly. Choosing the right size was critical for us—it needed to be user-friendly for our Turo guests while ensuring the clearance wasn’t an issue, avoiding damage to the roof racks. Working with a local expert was invaluable, especially for getting all the Thule crossbars keyed alike. I also wanted to avoid the liability of assembling or installing improper equipment since these vehicles are part of a rental fleet. As a Turo host, the peace of mind knowing everything was installed correctly was priceless. Rob’s attention to detail goes above and beyond. I accidentally left my Yeti in the store, and instead of asking me to pick it up (even though I live locally), he expertly packed it and shipped it directly to my house. That level of service is truly exceptional and speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers. Rob’s shop may be small, but it’s impeccably clean and incredibly well-run. The comfortable chairs and beverage options (including beer and non-alcoholic drinks) while you wait were a nice touch. We had set up an appointment for a consultation and drove up from San Antonio to Austin. The drive was totally worth it. Rob Cervantes helped us with all of our questions and we were able to purchase a cargo carrier and two bike racks that fit perfectly on our 2025 Ford Ranger.
