When I first reached out to James, my. company books were in a big mess caused by a large commercial online business services company. This company hires third parties and I don't know how qualified they are. Things were really a mess (this occurring in a 2 month period). I met with James with the Quickbooks Guy and he came up with a plan to recover our books. He was professional and I was very pleased with the cost. From that time on, The Quickbooks Guy has been part of our company. They do our books and our monthly payroll. If you have a question - they are responsive and get back to you. The other company we had it I never knew when they would respond and who. With the Quickbooks Team - they are there for you. I cannot say how much a relief it is to know they are there for you and they know their stuff!!
