When I first reached out to James, my. company books were in a big mess caused by a large commercial online business services company. This company hires third parties and I don't know how qualified they are. Things were really a mess (this occurring in a 2 month period). I met with James with the Quickbooks Guy and he came up with a plan to recover our books. He was professional and I was very pleased with the cost. From that time on, The Quickbooks Guy has been part of our company. They do our books and our monthly payroll. If you have a question - they are responsive and get back to you. The other company we had it I never knew when they would respond and who. With the Quickbooks Team - they are there for you. I cannot say how much a relief it is to know they are there for you and they know their stuff!!

As our business expanded it became impossible for us to do it all. Choosing to hire The Quickbooks Guy to take over keeping perfect records of our transactions was the best decision. No more worrying about our records or late nights reconciling accounts. Now we can concentrate on what we do best, build and grow our business.
