The Quarters by Bravo Watford

The Quarters Watford is a comforting environment where the staff take great care in looking after their residents. The manager and maintenance are both very kind and friendly. They offer food and drinks on the bottom floor on occasions when they do events to bring everyone together. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The property is kept very clean and the Quarters is located in a great location, a short walk from the train station and also to the main town centre with loads of shops and restaurants. The only way I think the Quarters can improve is if they had more communal washing machines and more kitchen space to accommodate the amount of people in the building. Over than that I rate The Quarters overall with 4 out of 5 stars and the staff with 5 out of 5 stars.

I lived at The Quarters Watford from November 2022 to November 2023 and had a very positive experience. The building was always clean, secure, and well managed, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Katie, who was consistently approachable, efficient, and genuinely supportive throughout my tenancy. I would happily recommend The Quarters Watford to anyone looking for a well-run and comfortable place to live.

An absolute gem. Secure and clean. Friendly and responsive staff. I needed to rent a studio for 3 months at an affordable price, and Katie was very helpful with this. All bills are included in the montly payments. Perfect location. Walking distance from the hospital, Sainsbury's for food shopping and the city center which has great options for shopping, restaurants, a cinema and an escape room. Quiet accomodation, ideal for a professional. I have never had any issues with staff or other residents. Within a week of moving in, a social was organised for residents to unwind and get to know one another with free drinks and food, and some amazing entertainment. I would definitely recommend The Quarters Watford.

The studio is well maintained and situated in a great location with car parking facilities and a short walk to the train station. The staff are friendly and the room is regularly maintained to ensure that it is kept to a good standard. It is a safe and comfortable place to stay.

It still bothers me now, 1.5 years since I stayed there, how aggressive and unprofessional the management was. I stayed at The Quarters for six months. During my stay, my privacy was repeatedly violated. Despite providing advance notice for a scheduled virtual interview, a staff member entered my room without permission, forcing me to raise my voice to be left alone. When I raised this concern, the staff repeatedly diverted the discussion to unrelated issues instead of addressing the actual problem. This made resolving the situation unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Communication throughout my stay was inconsistent, and respect for guest privacy was frequently lacking. These issues created an environment that was difficult and stressful to navigate. I hope future guests are aware that such matters may arise.

I stayed here for a short-term rental of about six months and had a great experience. The hotel management staff were warm and welcoming, and the maintenance team was highly professional and responsive. All of my issues were solved promptly. The room itself was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There was 24-hour hot water for showers. Rooms facing the parking lot were quiet. The location is excellent, safe and conveniently close to the shopping center, train station, and restaurants. Good choice for short term rentals!

I’ve been renting at Quarters for over six months and really enjoy it here. The studio is modern, quiet, and well maintained, and the management team is always helpful and responsive.

Very quiet property, safe and secure and amazing location. My husband and l have been staying for over a month and are really pleased we chose to stay here. Very close to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and the Shopping Centre is just round the corner too. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby , as well as great value for money , extremely helpful staff; Katie is such a great host and Jamie is always happy to help! A truly wonderful stay in the heart of Watford. The hotel’s prime location offers excellent access to the town centre, making it ideal for both short visits and longer stays. The facilities were well-maintained and practical, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness, professionalism, and reliability of the staff. A special thanks to Katie for her thoughtful and attentive support, to James for his friendly and helpful attitude, and to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless with such care and consistency. I highly recommend this accomodation.

A big thank you to Katie, Agata, and Jamie for all the support and maintenance over the past 5 months. I’ve decided to extend my lease. The apartment is well-equipped with small appliances and basic furniture, and it’s been maintained to a very high standard. The Quarters Watford is in an excellent location with fantastic amenities nearby. The railway station, park, library, shopping mall, high street, leisure centre, and hypermarket are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. Getting into central London is also very straightforward. I’d highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stays.
