The building management has been outstanding. They respond to any queries almost instantly, and every single issue I've raised has been fully resolved on the same day. The Quarters offers a modern, compact design with studio apartments tailored for professionals and commuters. The rooms are functional, typically featuring a small kitchenette. Huge choice of shops, restaurants, and bars right on your doorstep, including the popular Boxpark and two large shopping centres.The area is also well-connected by numerous bus and tram routes.

I recently moved in The Quarters, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The apartment was modern, clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay with small kitchen and appliances as needed. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located close to public transportation especially tram services & bus at the door and railway station in 5mins. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply relax in my room, everything was within easy reach. The building is highly secured with cameras, fire safety, alarm systems, restricted floor access and entry. The staff at the apartment were fantastic, they were always available to assist with anything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I am comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend the "The Quarters" to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Croydon.

I have been living here for almost two years, and everything has been excellent — service, facilities, and maintenance.

I have been living here for the past 4 months and everything has been great! The building is always kept clean and the management and maintenance team have always been very helpful and responsive! The location is perfect for getting into the city, with East Croydon station just a 5 minute walk away, as well as all the shops you need close by. The flat itself has clearly been looked after, with the rooms and bathrooms spacious and in great condition. Would recommend! 😊

I have an amazing experience at The Quarters Croydon so far. The building is clean, secure, well managed and has comfortable flats with modern appliances. The management is very nice, helpful and they respond to the requests very quickly. The internet connection is perfect. Thanks to its excellent location, it is very easy to reach the train station just in a couple of minutes as well as many groceries and markets can be reached just in 5-10 minutes on foot. I would highly recommend staying at this perfect place.

I have lived in the building 2 years now. The studios are what I would classify as top spec; I am very impressed with the design of my studio. The building looks very nice (entrance, corridors etc) and is kept clean. You will see the cleaners in the building every weekday morning. I have raised queries and maintenance requests with the management team various times since I have lived in the building and I usually get a response (and a fix for my maintenance issue) in the same day. I always have full confidence that the team will try their best to resolve any queries or requests that I have. There is a security guard on duty every weekday night (i think but might be every night) this helps me feel safe, along with each floor being secured and various cameras in communal areas of the building.

Spending 2 years at the Quarters has been amazing, the management are kind, helpful and have aided me with my requests with little delay. The building is always stunning and clean, I am always excited to invite guests over to see my apartment. The rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable. The location is great with every amenity you could need, 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station, easy parking for guests. Could do with some air con in the summer but otherwise I have no complaints!

Great staff, very helpful and responsive. Easy to live here short term or longer, and very affordable. Hassle free bills handled by the building staff. Flexible contracts.

My experience after a month of living here has been great. The property is tidy, well maintained and has great security features. It is also fitted with modern smart appliances. Being about 15 minutes away from London Bridge is another bonus for me as it's easier to get to work. I mostly work from home - the property has good quality/comfortable furniture and fast internet. It is also quiet, so there's no disturbance when I'm working. There are lots of great shops around the area.

Moved to The Quarters a month ago and my overall experience has been great! The team is very responsive and cooperative. Even the maintenance team is great and fix the issues in a timely manner. The apartment was provided in the best condition and I just love the location especially due to the east access to Tram and train station and the market! I am happy I made this decision to move here as my first time in UK. Kudos to the team!
