We have had the pleasure of Monique managing our Air BnB for almost 12 months. As we live interstate, having the peace of mind that our property is being looked after by Monique and her team is reassuring. Monique has exceptional attention to detail and is incredibly prompt in responding to booking requests. If any of our guests require anything during their stay, Monique is quick to have their requirements arranged in a very short time. There hasn't been a request from us, as owners, that has ever been an issue for Monique and her team. They go above and beyond to help us whenever they can. We were so impressed with Monique and her team, that we decided to set up our private rental as an Air BnB for them to manage as well. Their professionalism resulted in nothing but a seamless transition.
