The ProClean Team

Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag. Updated note on 6/16/25: Despite the owner response to this comment, no one at ProClean will respond to my emails or phone calls. Updated note on 10/6/25: ProTeamClean reached out and are paying to replace the windshield.

Zero stars so far. I asked for gutter clean inside and out and windows cleaned inside and out. First of all the arrived super late and no notice at all. I also asked them to look at the roof and if it needed a full clean to do that first because I did not want anything cleaned and then messed up later. He reassured me that they would take pictures of the roof and let me know. No notification happened and no pictures sent to me. I assumed it wasn’t that bad and I was working because they kept on the windows and gutters. After it was done, (in 5 hours when they said a team would easily take 7) they showed me something they put on the roof. It was bleach and I had not authorized this. Looked terrible. Then they upsell the soft roof clean. Fine I would have done that up front if it needed it. Most of the outside windows were left soaking wet, not hand cleaned. The next day there were steaks and spots all over the windows and more and more as the day went on or it was less sunny. They totally missed the garage window and never bothered to do the basement windows and did not say anything. Also I paid for the upgraded plan with sills and window tracks to be clean, wasn’t done. I booked for the soft wash since the roof looked terrible and they said they would do all of that when they came back Wednesday. Again, missed their appointment time and eventually shows up. I was told the soft wash would make the roof look like new immediately. It DID NOT. It still looks horrible. Plus they washed off the bleach and chunks of it flew everywhere, damaging my brand new composite deck, and bushes below. I asked them to clean it off. I am still scrubbing spots on my deck now that are very obvious and not coming up. 3 window sills were done although the guys said they don’t have the tools to do it right anymore. They did not bother with the others. Also he was watching the other guy because they only had one set of window washing tools. The windows are worse than when they started, the skylights are covered in spots, still streaky windows and damage to my deck and some accent pieces of siding near the windows due to harsh pressure washing. Beware of these guys because when I sent messages to complain, the manager did not contact me. He just sent a “customer satisfaction discount” and still expects me to pay for a service I did not receive because they ruined it. The technician was bragging how they had to go to one home 6 times because it was not done right. Well I’m out. Please give me my money back.

I contacted Pro Clean Team from Facebook not knowing how good they were in cleaning roofs and gutters. On Facebook they posted videos cleaning only composition roofs with very pitch. My house has a steel shake roof, and the pitch is somewhat steep. I love the idea of cleaning the roof with a blower, so I contacted them, and they were out within a few days. The material or the pitch of the roof was not a problem for the Pro Clean Team, and they had my roof and gutters cleaned about 48 minutes. They even cleaned the debris blown on the ground from the roof! I was blown away by their work, and personal pride to do the job right the first time.

Lillie from ProClean team is super responsive, folk who came to do the job seems not thorough in the window cleaning job they came for, ProClean team did send one more person to re-do the cleaning as I was not satisfied with the initial job and he promised to call next day to check on how things look like but no call till now. One of the screen was damaged and cleaning was not done properly.

This business came to our apartment in August to clean windows. One of their vans was parked right next to our car and when they left, it was clear that the van damaged our rear bumper and tail light. I was not made aware of this incident until the next day, when my partner went outside. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical. For an entire month, we have called this business at least 6 times to speak with the owner for insurance purposes. The owner has NEVER called us despite the numerous attempts we've made to call, text, and send in pictures of the damage. An apology was never made, it was the least they can do. Our apartment manager has gotten in touch with the business, so the owner is fully aware of this incident. Yet, the owner has failed to make things right. Do not support a business like ProClean where they do not respect your belongings.

I did used this bussiness for my home gutter cleaning. They missed the day scheduled for the cleaning after couple time calls they came and they spend 20 minutes and they left. Poor quality of work and they charged $150 plus tax for 20 minutes.

Service was top notch. Rene was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He was careful as he maneuvered around my home to do the interior side of the windows. The windows look great! I’ll add that I have also had ProClean for my Christmas lights, roof and gutter cleaning, and power washing. These guys are good and fair priced.

Fantastic Team and very high quality work for a very reasonable price! I used several companies in the past and I am so happy to have found ProClean to clean my gutters, air pressure my roof, and windows. I recommend the premium package! Steve was very pleasant to work with to setup a consultation appointment, even with the troubles we encountered. Josh, who met with us, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Always love this team!!! They have helped at my home in many way. Cleaning all my interior/exterior window that are in the impossible for me to reach spaces, cleaning my gutters and downspouts, treating my roof, and putting up Christmas lights!!!! They are super easy to work with, have a great online quote and payment system, kind people all around — from the office staff to the people working on our home. Super fast and responsive in email as well! Prices are reasonable and comparable to others In the area. What makes me pick them time and time again is what was just mentioned!!! Seriously, don't even bother with these guys. They rescheduled my gutter cleaning like a million times, then showed up a day later without a notice. They didn't seem to care much. Not worth the hassle. Find someone else.
