I was in need of a cleaning service for our home and being new in the area I did what most do and that was to rely on Google to give me a few options. Premier Concierge was first up on the list. What caught my attention was, they had a 24 hour service number, so I called expecting to get a recording, after all it was 2:00 am, in the morning, however, to my surprise it was a live person that answered and that person was the CEO, Mrs. Katrina Screen. After a short conversation we set up a consultation for the same day at 10:00am, another WOW! During our discussion at the consultation, Mrs. Screen explained their services and added that before anyone is hired at Premier Concierge, they had to clean their home as a prerequisite for consideration, now that's what I call quality control. Mrs. Screen also told me that they had a full schedule, but she felt she could schedule me for the next day at 12 noon. Long story short, her crew showed up at noon the next day and started their work. I felt so comfortable with them being there, I decided to go grocery shopping while they worked. Upon my return, I put up my grocery, answered a few email, made a few business calls and wallah, they were all done. After they left, I made my inspection (I'm prior military so I give it the once over), it was spotless! Thank you Mrs. Screen, your company showed up and showed out, you're truly the best and I salute you for your Premier Concierge Service!
