Ron from Pool Partners has been taking care of our pool for quite some time and always does absolutely wonderful work. This week our pool equipment had a small problem . Of course that would happen right before 4th of July when we have tons of people coming. Ron quickly found the problem, fixed it, and had our pool water back to perfection within 24 hours. Much appreciated!!!

We installed our pool in 2021 and the builder referred us to Pool Partners. From the very beginning they truly did partner with us- from teaching us about the equipment to chemicals as well as the online app. They are always more than happy to answer questions and when we had equipment issues Desaray provided excellent customer service going above and beyond with warranty information. The service technicians are professional and our pool is left safe and sparkling clean. Highly recommend this company!

We used Pool Partners for many years then thought we found a discount with another company so we switched. Big mistake. That new company ending up needing to shock our pool 3 times in 6 months. We lost weeks of summer swimming. So, we humbly asked to be able to return. Now look at my pool! Chris cleaned this up on a cold, windy fall day (and you know how those pools look on windy fall days!). It's back to be the beautiful pool I know and love. Thank you!

We had an issue with our heater and Kenny was able to accurately diagnose the issue. He also let me bend his ear for far too long with questions about our pool. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool equipment and maintenance. Their office manager, Desaray, provided excellent customer service. She assisted me with finding the correct part and squeezed a follow up appointment in for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them with any future issues.

I've had my pool for 3 years, and in that 3 years Pool Partners have cleaned my pool bi-weekly and have taken very good care of me. Ron Manacchio has been my "Pool Guy" from the start and not only has he done a phenomenal job cleaning my pool but, always gives me a heads up if something isn't working properly or that he needs to replace a part. I have maintained our pool for the past 4 years since built but wanted an extra helping hand and hired Pool Partners to assist about 6 months ago. We have black glass tile and the calcium buildup shows. Personally I was tired of handling muriatic acid to remove the buildup. Eric has done a great job maintaining the chemicals, vacuuming, and removing the calcium buildup during his visits. Desaray in the office is friendly to talk to and will find an answer to any question even if she doesn’t know it and follow back up promptly. When I had a minor concern about the pool, she followed up and resolved without charging for an extra visit. Thanks for the excellent customer service! Seriously hard to find these days!

My experience has been fantastic so far, they fit me in same day when my previous company left me high and dry a day before guests coming to town. Chris was out here ASAP and fixed the problem and gave me helpful tips. You can tell this company prioritizes their customers and their knowledge of pools shines through. Glad I found this group to maintain our pool regularly moving forward!
