It's taken me like a week to sit down and write this simply bc I keep forgetting (mom brain, my fourth baby took my last brain cell) Anyways i mainly chose this establishment bc i read one review saying they pin kids down and torture them and i couldn't stop laughing. I feel like her review would've been different if she had the proper documentation that is required at any legitimate business like this one. Jess and MJ were auuuuuhmazzzzzing! Super smooth with my 5 month old daughter and myself. They even let me nurse her during the process making the whole experience extra smooth! I treated myself to a piercing for my migraines and I must say, I'm very happy. My headaches are finally gone. My baby girl wasn't even fussy afterwards. They gave wonderful after care instructions. I will be back for more piercings! You get what you pay for, and the professionalism here is worth every dime (I can't say penny anymore bc the government gave up on good Ole Abraham Lincoln LMFAO)

Well. I’m reposting this review finally after being basically toyed with by the manager/owner and told to remove it, so here’s my original story plus some! I have had a horrible time here on a couple separate occasions. My first ever piercing here was my belly piercing which the piercing itself was done perfectly, and the placement was great. However, I noticed that the bar was kind of tight, but being that I’ve never had a body piercing before I wanted to make sure first so I went in on 2-3 occasions to ask if it looked ok and each time they said that it was fine and just irritated from rubbing against stuff. Clearly I think I’m just being paranoid because I have what are supposed to be professional piercers. I noticed it began to sink into my skin a bit and they continued to tell me it was just irritation and it was normal (News flash it’s not). It wasn’t until a recent occasion where I went to get my breast piercing which itself was an INSANE experience. I hadn’t paid yet, and I had changed my mind before they did it as she was marking me because I wasn’t sure 100% if I wanted them. I told the girl that I didn’t what them done anymore and she acknowledged that I didn’t want them done anymore. Just when she was double checking I didn’t want them she surprised me and jabbed the needle through me. I screamed. I was in shock. I cried. I can not believe this lady did this. I gave her no consent to do it, and since she did that one I was too scared to even take it out and just had her do the second one after I mentally calmed down and was done with my breakdown. After this was done I had to pay over 100$ for a piercing I didn’t even want anymore, and made well aware I didn’t want. It wasn’t until I was about to leave that I asked a sweet assistant to take a look at my belly piercing and she was shocked by the state of it, and said the bar was extremely short and changed it for me. It finally healed and I now have a permanent SCAR on my body and a messed up piercing from being told for months I was paranoid. Thank you to the girl for finally stopping what could have been even more damage. I paid. I left. By the way the used 2 completely different bars for my breast and I had to get that fixed as well! Painful! Not even the same jewelry, and you’ll never guess I had to pay for her the stuff they screwed up fixed. A time before this I went in for my 2nds to be pierced before I knew how badly the messed me up and not only are my piercings uneven, they were extremely small and sunk into my ears. I went in to have them looked at and the girls practically laughed in my face on how whoever did them messed me up and used incorrect backs, and more. Seriously? Laughing in my face? Completely unprofessional while I sit here in pain. This was fixed after I paid for more jewelry. Unfortunately I had to take out the left one because it was so bad it just couldn’t stay. Yay! New scar because these people are idiots! So end of my piercing journey here. I’ve got 2 irreversible scars, a symmetrical piercings, and no trust for piercers. Now let’s get on to my experience with the manager/owner. I explained this all to him and our first point of contact was October 9th 2025. He asked me to delete my review and he would handle this and help me. Fast forward to November 5th after he said multiple times he would help me and then never reaching out to me, or just asking me a random question to keep me strung along I never received a message again. I’m disgusted. Do not come here.

I stopped by because I wanted to get my nose pierced. The shop is very clean and tidy. Alex helped me and he was awesome. Very professional and friendly, and he made great recommendations for jewelry and placement. Everyone else was also very friendly and encouraging. I had an excellent experience and would definitely go back!

This is actually my second piercing from here and the staff are so awsomesauce. They always do me right and are genuinely kind people. For reference, I got my brow done today and my labret done a few weeks ago and it’s healed up so so good. Anyway yeah a 5 stars well earned 🫶🫶

Very good work. They're better and more welcoming than another place I went to for piercings. I loved that they were very professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable and that was the most important thing.

We had such a great experience today! I went to get my conch earing replaced due to losing it this weekend. I was so scared it was going to be painful. It went FLAWLESS and I felt no pain. BEAR was so sweet and thorough. She was extremely knowledgeable and gentle. My sister, niece and I have been here a few times before and everyone is always on point. Going back to see BEAR for all my future ear piercings!!

I went in to get my second holes in my lobes and a helix piercing and Jess was so sweet and patient and did a great job at explaining the process and after care. The place is clean and the process was smooth. My only complaint was not enough cartridge jewelry options and had to settle on one because I really wanted it done. Overall experience was great!

I chose this place because they use needles, which I really appreciated. The staff was nice overall, but the customer service could have been a little better. It was very packed and busy, and I felt a bit rushed instead of feeling like I was the only client being cared for, if that makes sense. For $150, I do feel like a cleaning solution should be included rather than just a pamphlet explaining aftercare. If you’re bringing a baby, I highly recommend bringing your own earrings. They don’t seem to carry earrings specifically suited for babies, and bringing your own can save you money. By the next morning, my baby had already lost one earring. I had to put it back in myself, and the post is a bit too long behind her ear. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a great experience getting my nose pierced here about two years ago, so I decided to return in January 2026 with a friend to get nipple piercings. The atmosphere was still pretty nice, and the front desk staff were very friendly, but the overall experience was really disappointing. We arrived around the opening time, but it took 45 minutes for them to sterilize the equipment, something I expected to be done in advance. Once we finally went in, my friend went first, and unfortunately, the piercer seemed really inexperienced she was slow and made one of my piercings crooked. Since then, I’ve reached out three times about speaking with the manager, but I still haven’t heard back. The piercing itself was extremely painful, especially because it took so long. I bled a lot afterward, and I would not recommend this place at all. The lack of follow-up was really frustrating. The only positives were that the shop was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but sadly, I won’t be returning for any future piercings. Update: emailed you no response yet…

I’m up browsing trying to find a place to get my baby girl ears pierced and realized i never got around to reviewing this place. I brought my boyfriend here months before i came, we both got nose piercings( him a single, me a double) I’ve had my nose pierced at least 3 other times from various shops and all those times if i left a ring out the hole would close within hours. Now idk what special technique they use here but we both can go weeks with a ring in and the piercing will stay open. I think that’s awesome, my piercer was also great, and the atmosphere is lovely.
