Optimal Sports Therapy Centre is a well known Centre around Hampshire. They are all thoroughly trusted professionals. As physiotherapist make our bodies functional in full with treatment and advice. I would recommend it. As getting older we most need treatments to relieve pain and stiffness. You do not need to have an injury to visit a specialist. Come alone and book your appointment. Many thanks to all of you specially to Maria with deep massage and physio. Excellent 👍🏻 Maritza

1st time being treated by Grace, and she has worked magic, removing knee and hip pain that had built up over a couple of weeks and was causing huge discomfort walking. Less than 24 hours later, 3 mile walk tester finished and back to normal! Very happy 👍

Maria, is a fantastic. She is very, very intuitive with knowing where to go helping the body. We always have a laugh and I would genuinely recommend her to anyone who needs the service she provides

Have started using this company due to a bulge on a disk. Very good communication from the staff there, very professional and extremely helpful. I have been seeing Grace and she has a lot of knowledge on helping people with anything that is an old or new problem, super friendly and has helped me alot with a few treatments. Would highly recommend this company and the prices are very reasonable I think

Seb @ The optimal Sports Therapy Centre has worked magic on a long standing hamstring injury using shockwave therapy. Very happy with the results post six week treatment.

I bumped into Seb from Optimal Sports Therapy just by chance and chatted about a Hamstring issue i had for over 9 Months that just wouldn't go away. He suggested Shockwave Therapy as it was clear that the Tear or whatever damage i had done just wasn't healing properly. I looked the Therapy up online and decided it was worth trying out. I booked up 3 Sessions and i can say that if i knew about Shockwave Therapy i would of had it done 6 Months ago. Completely healed it. No issues whatsoever after Running and that includes Racing. Hamstring isn't even tight. I highly recommend Shockwave Therapy if you ever get advised to have it done. It worked like Magic on me. I would definitely use Optimal Sports Therapy again if i get another injury but hopefully the simple Stretches Seb advised me to do shall keep injuries at bay

I started using Seb as a running coach in October 2024 as I wanted to complete a marathon. He helped me to get a 3:31 which is much quicker than I ever anticipated in first attempt with some great coaching and had helped me get pbs in 5k, 10k and half marathon in 2025. Id highly recommend Seb, as he's amazing, great guy and looking forward to keep with working with him and reaching new goals. Also very good at massages and sports injuries.

First visit today with Maria and would highly recommend. She was down to earth and to the point with no hard sell. She identified the issue with my knee and set to work and after 30 minutes I felt the difference. Left me with exercises to do and tips on how to prevent further injury and no pressure to go back. By far the best physio I have ever seen. Thanks Maria.

Not knowing what treatment I needed for wrist tendonitis, or where to get it from I found Optimal Health. I’m so glad I did as I have found Seb to be so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole environment is calm and welcoming I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. I have received, at the very least, deep tissue massage on my wrist at every appointment which alone has been beneficial but also acupuncture, ultrasound therapy and shock wave therapy. I have never had any of these treatments before and was apprehensive but each was carried out with lots of explanations and reassurance. These treatments have helped hugely and although I’m not completely free of the problem, I can function really well again but may require other medical interventions which Seb cannot provide. I’m so very glad to have found this facility and it will be my first port of call in the future which may not be very long as I now have problems with sciatica but I’m hopeful he will be able to help again. Thanks Seb.

I started using Seb as my running coach about a year ago, with his help I have not just improved my times and fitness I’ve also become more confident. If i have a problem or a question Seb is just one call or text away from helping me, he’s a true professional and a really nice and genuine person, I highly recommend Seb if you’re looking for a coach.
