Optimal Sports Therapy Centre is a well known Centre around Hampshire. They are all thoroughly trusted professionals. As physiotherapist make our bodies functional in full with treatment and advice. I would recommend it.
As getting older we most need treatments to relieve pain and stiffness. You do not need to have an injury to visit a specialist.
Come alone and book your appointment.
Many thanks to all of you specially to Maria with deep massage and physio. Excellent 👍🏻

1st time being treated by Grace, and she has worked magic, removing knee and hip pain that had built up over a couple of weeks and was causing huge discomfort walking. Less than 24 hours later, 3 mile walk tester finished and back to normal! Very happy 👍
