The Only Facial Springfield

I have been very impressed with the services I've received from Stephanie Crawford at The Only Facial! I love the breadth of treatments you receive at each visit without having to worry about additional fees. Stephanie has a calm demeanor, explains each process, gives a great facial massage, and creates a wonderfully relaxing experience. I have been going regularly and I can see a big improvement in my skin in just a few short months.

I’m glowing!! This is heaven in a facial. I love the simplicity of just choosing the one service and getting EVERYTHING with no upsells or tipping allowed. Sawyer explained everything and customizes as she goes to meet my skins needs. And it’s soooo relaxing. No harshness or discomfort.

I had an amazing experience with Jaclyn. I had no trouble finding the location, and the spa is very nice. The facial was very relaxing and left me feeling glowing. At the end of the facial, she gave me an aftercare bag with small products, which I truly appreciated. The facial was tailored to my skin concerns, and Jaclyn would check in to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

If you have never done a facial before, I recommend this place and ESPECIALLY Emalee Woods as your technician. She is very good at what she does and very knowledgeable. She answers all my questions abd no pressure to do any steps I do not want. She follows up after appointments to see how you are doing. She has even answered questions for me after a treatment session and provided advice for follow up steps. I don't often recommend a person fir services, but I knew how apprehensive i was about getting one and thought this might help others considering it.

I experienced my first ever facial today with Haley!! After I explained that I've never had a facial before, Haley was so kind to explain to me each step as we went, what it involved, and why she was doing it. My skin feels great and I enjoyed the experience!!! Ask for Haley the next time you get a facial at The Only Facial in Springfield!!
